I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.

We've used Pacific Rim Auto for years to service our Subaru Outback, including a full engine replacement. They have earned our trust for their knowledge and fair recommendations to keep our car running well.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. Incredible service! I had to have my car towed there to get some major repairs. They communicated with me every step of the way and fixed my car in just a few hours. It’s a little far from where I live, but absolutely worth coming back.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

Workers need to be more cautious in tightening brake bleeder valves. I had recieved a routine 120k mile service which included brake fluid flush/change. I had 2 major services completed recently. Both Jay and Jeremy were extremely helpful and I was impressed with the communication and ease/availability of setting up appointments. They also represent a great value for the service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent service as always! They were able to diagnose my car's issues right away and they were able to keep the cost affordable. Work was done in one day. Very satisfied!

Needed a ball joint and bushings replaced, as well as an oil change on my Subaru. They did it in less than six hours. People who work there are kind. I didn’t do price comparisons but I assume it’s fair for a reputable shop in Seattle. The car was returned vacuumed. I will come here again.

For past several years I have taken my '97 Toyota 4 Runner here for minor and major service. Their work has always been good. Communication is excellent on what work is going to be done and the costs. Appreciated a package deal and also just open and honest communication from Jeremy about things that needed to be fixed now and things that could wait. Had my car towed here after it died, they were so pleasant and answered all my questions, gave me recommendations and transparent pricing, vacuumed my car and gave the car a simple wash, I’m very very happy.

Great communication, fast work, and they most likely prevented me from causing a wreck on I-90 with how screwed up my car was. Very upfront with the cost and I had no surprises. They also cleaned off my car before getting it back to me which was so appreciated.

Love the guys at Pacific Rim. They have been my mechanics for 25 years because they’re skilled and ethical. The fact that they provide loaner vehicles is a wonderful bonus.

My point of contact was very helpful, he described the repairs that were needed, and the repairs that were optional. The service was completed very quickly, and they even charged less than what was quoted. Car drives and sounds better than the day I bought it.

I went for a diagnostic. Wasn’t sure if I was going to go through then for the work but they try to sales press you if you just want a diagnostic.
