Took my CRV in for some regular maintenance and everyone working here were really pleasant to talk to and everything was explained to me clearly. Service was also fast.

I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. The integrity and hard work of the entire team is appreciated and I know I can always rely on them for my SUV.

We take all of our family's vehicles to Pacific Rim for routine service and repairs. The staff is friendly and always upfront about what needs (and does not need) to be done. I appreciate their clear communication and reasonable approach to keeping our vehicles running well.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

I took my car into Pacific Rim to get it repaired. Had a few issues. The price I was quoted is what I paid. They did a terrific job. I’m very pleased. Definitely will return to them for all my future car repairs.

Pacific Rim came highly recommended by a close friend who was recommended by another close friend. Just like a good fishing hole, places like this are kept between close friends, but these guys are too good to keep as a secret, everybody should know about this place!

Their work seems top quality, and compared to the dealership they are more responsive, less expensive, and less invested in upselling you. And they wash the car.
