Pacific Rim Automotive, Inc.

Took my CRV in for some regular maintenance and everyone working here were really pleasant to talk to and everything was explained to me clearly. Service was also fast.

I love these mechanics. I've been bringing my Subaru here for a few years now since moving to Seattle. They're so friendly and helpful, easy to schedule with, and I am very happy with the quality of their work and general advice.

The team at Pacific Rim is great! Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. The integrity and hard work of the entire team is appreciated and I know I can always rely on them for my SUV.

Always great to work with these guys. They take great care of my 2007 Toyota Tacoma and show genuine appreciation for my business. I highly recommend them for your car maintenance and repair needs.

Estimate was 100% accurate. I was called for suggested additional work which I approved. Zero hassle drop off and pickup. My car was washed and ready to go as promised. Highly recommend this business.

Although the staff seemed very friendly and were responsive to me they definitely are scammers, probably only to women given what I read in other reviews and how men have given this place 5 stars while women rate it lower. They told me I needed a “major service” and kept saying “change all the fluids” without… Read full review

We take all of our family's vehicles to Pacific Rim for routine service and repairs. The staff is friendly and always upfront about what needs (and does not need) to be done. I appreciate their clear communication and reasonable approach to keeping our vehicles running well.

The team at Pacific Rim Auto always does a great job taking care of my car. 10/10 would recommend!

Efficient, with quality work

Pacific Rim has been maintaining my vehicles for over 20 years - and extended family the past 14 years. They’re the BEST shop in Seattle in my opinion- honest, fair, professional and competent. And if anything goes wrong they go above and beyond to address. Simply the BEST!

Our family has used Pacific Rim Auto for 20 years now. I am very glad to have found them and value their honesty, integrity, and commitment to service. They’re the best.

Always prompt, polite and precise. When I take my car to pac rim I can be utterly confident that I’ll get the best service at a reasonable price. And I get my car back super clean. Thanks!

Very good service at a great price.

Great service I can trust. Pacific Rim is my go to.

Excellent service. They were professional, personable and all work was explained clearly. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience at Pacific Rim. They conducted general maintenance on my car and so far, it's running smoothly. Thanks. :)

I always have a smooth and pleasant experience when I have work done on my car at Pacific Rim. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. Stopped going to the stealership a while ago and won't be going back anytime soon! Highly recommend Pacific Rim Automotive.

This is the second shop I’ve taken my high mileage 2001 Tacoma to, and I don’t need to look any further! Have had great experiences with Pacific Rim and very satisfied with the work they’ve done so far (clutch, starter, etc). Very professional and friendly as well.

Great job and followup advice for what we will soon need.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

I took my car into Pacific Rim to get it repaired. Had a few issues. The price I was quoted is what I paid. They did a terrific job. I’m very pleased. Definitely will return to them for all my future car repairs.

During the past thirty years, the staff of Pacific Rim serviced 4 of our cars with exceptional knowledge, skill and reliability.

Excellent service as always! They were able to diagnose my car's issues right away and they were able to keep the cost affordable. Work was done in one day. Very satisfied!

Pacific Rim is always wonderful. Fairly priced and excellent customer service.

After years of taking my car to PRA, I won’t take my car anywhere else. Jeremy, Elijah, Jay, the techs and mechanics, all great! I was a doofus and tried changing out a reverse light and the bulb got stuck in the thingy when I tried to replace it. I know they don’t necessarily do light bulb changes, but they were… Read full review

This shop is easy to work with, always communicating clearly and quickly about any issues. They have fair prices and do quality work, and I trust them as stewards of my vehicle.

The staff are helpful, courteous, responsive, and respectful. I’ve long since sworn off going to dealerships for service after so many negative experience. I love Pacific Rim.

Pacific Rim has always provided a thorough service to keep my vehicles running smoothly. They are very honest, and back their work up in a way that is not always easy to find. I have also found them to have timely, professional, and friendly communication with customers. Really appreciate this shop and all the hard work they do!

We’ve gone to Pacific Rim for many years and have always found them honest and helpful. We trust them and recommend them highly!

Great service, done quickly, I’ll be going back.

Pacific Rim came highly recommended by a close friend who was recommended by another close friend. Just like a good fishing hole, places like this are kept between close friends, but these guys are too good to keep as a secret, everybody should know about this place!

Their work seems top quality, and compared to the dealership they are more responsive, less expensive, and less invested in upselling you. And they wash the car.

I have been incredibly pleased with the service at Pacific Rim. They go above and beyond to ensure reliability in the cars I have taken to them. I really appreciate the knowledge they share and trust they can help me in maintaining my car for the long run.

Been coming here for years for all of our cars. Great service all the way around.

Excellent service, very reliable and knowledgeable technicians. Pacific Rim has been my go to for years, starting with my ancient Subaru and now with my Acura MDX.

A great job at a reasonable price! They have kept a first generation crosstrek going safely. I feel good about taking my wife’s car here.

Great service! My clutch went out and they took it in with no notice. I was back on the road two days later.

Second time I’ve been here for a repair and the service is great as always! So quick and informative. Will be coming back for sure !

We have been here several times and have had good results. They might not be the cheapest service but it is worth it to pay more to get good customer service. Whether it is me or my husband, they treat us with respect and explain things in a way I can understand. They are friendly and try to make things as easy as… Read full review

Excellent communication, quick diagnosis, loaner car and turnaround. Thanks!

Always honest, helpful and courteous!

Pacific rim automotive is the best car servicing business I have ever come across. They don't recommend work unless it is necessary, they guarantee their work. On the two occasions I have utilized their services, they have come in under bid. While it is not difficult to perform better service than Honda of Seattle,… Read full review

Over many years Pacific Rim has kept our cars in good running order. We really trust in this company.

They always take great care of our Acura!

I’ve been having my Prius serviced here for several years and am always pleased with the work they do as well as their customer service. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

For past several years I have taken my '97 Toyota 4 Runner here for minor and major service. Their work has always been good. Communication is excellent on what work is going to be done and the costs. They will tell you about issues that might cause problems long term giving you the option to fix them before they get more expensive.

Had excellent experience. Outstanding diagnostic, technical, and customer service. Highly recommend.

Honest and Superior Service.

Knowledgeable, honest, speedy, and friendly

Love Pacific Rim. They always give straightforward advice. We’ve been servicing our car there for years.

Routine Prius oil change was routine: fast, thorough, and no expensive surprises. I’ve been bringing Japanese cars to Pacific Rim Automotive for more than twenty years and they have earned my customer loyalty.

Straight forward approach. Excellent work and experience .

They really know what they’re doing, and offer great advice as well as service.

Price was reasonable for all the things done to my car that needed fixing. Appreciated a package deal and also just open and honest communication from Jeremy about things that needed to be fixed now and things that could wait. I just moved across the country and am looking forward to knowing I have found my mechanic long-term.

I had my issue resolved quickly and within a tight time frame for an upcoming long distance relocation. The staff was able to help with follow up issues and made me feel comfortable and confident to take the vehicle out loaded up on the long road trip ahead. I highly recommend Pacific Rim as a long standing customer… Read full review

I’ve always experienced high level customer service, my car repairs are done timely @ reasonable cost and my car comes back clean too! I typically need a car during the day so they have always been able to give me a loaner as well. I’m so grateful they’re in my neighborhood.

Very professional, courteous, and thorough service. My first Seattle experience with any mechanic, and I was pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to working with them again, as I feel my car is in great hands!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff

I've been having my Toyota 4Runner serviced at Pacific Rim for going on five years now, and they are amazing at keeping it up to snuff despite its age. They routinely give me great advice given my driving needs, which are a bit unusual, as well as the condition of the car. Highly recommend their service!

Both my mother and I have been going to Pacific Rim for years and they always take great care of us. They are one of the few places that will be honest about your car. I’ve never had unnecessary services added to my bill. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. I love that they will wash my car after every… Read full review
