I always have a smooth and pleasant experience when I have work done on my car at Pacific Rim. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. Stopped going to the stealership a while ago and won't be going back anytime soon! Highly recommend Pacific Rim Automotive.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

I had 2 major services completed recently. Both Jay and Jeremy were extremely helpful and I was impressed with the communication and ease/availability of setting up appointments. They also represent a great value for the service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Pacific Rim has been reliable and proactive, plus their location is super convenient. We’ve had 3 types of cars serviced by them and each car is still running strong after 8 years.

Great service! My clutch went out and they took it in with no notice. I was back on the road two days later.
