Pacific Rim Automotive, Inc.

I always have a smooth and pleasant experience when I have work done on my car at Pacific Rim. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. Stopped going to the stealership a while ago and won't be going back anytime soon! Highly recommend Pacific Rim Automotive.

These guys are great. They only use OEM parts so they are a little bit more expensive than a regular shop, but way cheaper and just as good or better than going to a dealer.

I had 2 major services completed recently. Both Jay and Jeremy were extremely helpful and I was impressed with the communication and ease/availability of setting up appointments. They also represent a great value for the service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent service, honest, and amazing value- is how we describe our experience with Pacific Rim. Jeremy provided us with excellent communication throughout the entire process. Since we had booked an appt, not only were they waiting for our car, but also had ordered the part and were ready to rock and roll!!… Read full review

I have been using Pacific Rim. for over twenty years. I buy old off road SUVs that still have a couple hundred thousand miles left on them if taken care of. Pacific Rim has helped me do that. I live and spend most of my time in the middle of nowhere. The folks at pac.rim know that I do not want to get stranded, and… Read full review

Pacific Rim has been reliable and proactive, plus their location is super convenient. We’ve had 3 types of cars serviced by them and each car is still running strong after 8 years.

Great service! My clutch went out and they took it in with no notice. I was back on the road two days later.

Second time I’ve been here for a repair and the service is great as always! So quick and informative. Will be coming back for sure !

We have been here several times and have had good results. They might not be the cheapest service but it is worth it to pay more to get good customer service. Whether it is me or my husband, they treat us with respect and explain things in a way I can understand. They are friendly and try to make things as easy as… Read full review

I had my issue resolved quickly and within a tight time frame for an upcoming long distance relocation. I highly recommend Pacific Rim as a long standing customer… Read full review

Both my mother and I have been going to Pacific Rim for years and they always take great care of us. They are one of the few places that will be honest about your car. I have been going to Pacific Rim for almost 10 years. Great team, very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them!

I have great confidence in Pacific Rim. They have done a fair amount of work in my 10 -year old Outback and it has all gone well. Two thumbs up

These folks were ultra communicative, super fast work and very accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me repair my Subaru and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

I've been going here for almost 4 years, they've always done a great job for the two cars I've brought in. Friendly and responsive team and fantastic service. Will continue to come here for all car needs going forward.

Always helpful. Always willing to share multiple solutions for cost savings. Love these guys.

This is my go-to shop for all three of my cars. Years of professional service.

My Tacoma was having serious issues and I couldn't figure out what was going on. Was able to make an appointment quick and easy. Unfortunately my transmission went out and Pacific Rim quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement/install in only a few days. Had superb communication via phone and text letting… Read full review

Took my Lexus here after being fed up with the low quality and expensive service at the Bellevue dealership. Saved over a grand, plus they spotted additional problems with my brakes the dealership missed. Great people here. I don't care how far I have to drive, I will be taking my car here from now on.
