I appreciate how straightforward they are. They always let me know what they're gonna do, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. If any of that changes, they call me. And having the option to get a loaner car from them for only $30 per visit (not per day!) is really nice.

Fair pricing with upfront details given after the diagnostic work has been completed so that as a consumer, you can make an informed decision whether to move forward with work on your vehicle. Needed a ball joint and bushings replaced, as well as an oil change on my Subaru. They did it in less than six hours. People who work there are kind. I didn’t do price comparisons but I assume it’s fair for a reputable shop in Seattle. The car was returned vacuumed. I will come here again.

My son’s car slid on some debris during a storm and the right wheels slammed into a curb. Extensive damage to front wheel and suspension and some damage to rear wheel. Jeremy got us right in and got the work done. Even had a mechanic ride with me to pinpoint damage.Very pleased.

For past several years I have taken my '97 Toyota 4 Runner here for minor and major service. Their work has always been good. Communication is excellent on what work is going to be done and the costs. They will tell you about issues that might cause problems long term giving you the option to fix them before they get more expensive.

I’ve always experienced high level customer service, my car repairs are done timely @ reasonable cost and my car comes back clean too! I typically need a car during the day so they have always been able to give me a loaner as well. I’m so grateful they’re in my neighborhood.

Great communication, fast work, and they most likely prevented me from causing a wreck on I-90 with how screwed up my car was. Very upfront with the cost and I had no surprises. They also cleaned off my car before getting it back to me which was so appreciated.
