Alex and Ben exceed all expectations for professionalism, courtesy, work ethic, in plain kindness.
This vintage lady was at her wit's end having initial movers bail without completing the contract.
Pack it up! Movers was able to recover my remaining items load and deliver within 4 hours of phone call!!

Jaz and team did a great job. He gave the best quote and backed it up with professional expertise. Scheduling and the actual move went exactly as planned. Great care to protect our antique rattan living room set was important to us. All things without scratches or breaks!
Would definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jas and Pack it up! Moving is incredibly stressful, and from the moment they arrived, they immediately put my mind at ease. They were professional, polite, courteous, and genuinely cared about making the entire process as easy as possible for me.
I was especially impressed by their skill in packing the truck. They somehow managed to fit everything in perfectly and securelly. They clearly know exactly what they're doing and take pride in doing the job right.
What really was above and beyond was when they arrived at my storage unit.
Instead of simply unloading everything wherever it would fit, they actually took the time to rearrange items that were already in the unit so they could create pathways and make sure I would still be able to access everything. That extra effort meant so much to me and was something they absolutely did not have to do.
Throughout the entire move, they were patient, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly kind. At a time when my nerves were already shot, having movers I could completely trust made such a difference.
If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for movers who are not only excellent at what they do, but who truly care about their customers. Jas Thank you for making a stressful move so much easier!!

Great moving experience with them!!!! Highly recommend!!! All the staff were extremely kind and very knowledgeable in their craft. Last minute they were able to adjust my out of state move to all occur in one day due to my hoa closing my street on the day originally meant to unload. They started around 5:30am and finished the following day a little before 2am. They also provided a free in-person quote, one free rescheduling with notice, and had the best fair price. They even brought some donuts. Can’t recommend them enough. Moving is one of the most difficult events in a person’s life. Let them help make it more of ease for you
