Bro, I'm not liein this lawyer did his thing in the court room. I got several past felonies and i was just in court for a fleeing and pistol case and he got me NO JAIL TIME! Ain't no backroom off record discussions goin on either. He did genuine attorney work. If you don't retain him, you goin to jail. Everybody know they giving prison time for fleeing and eluding & a pistol, come on now, he definitely a super attorney. Another thing that stands out is that he pays attention to detail and he up to date on communicating with his clients, his level of professionalism makes you feel comfortable in any situation throughout the court process. He gives the facts to the law and he goes above and beyond to find other case law or analysis pertaining to your specific situation.

When I needed a lawyer I asked my lawyer friends and family for recommendations. Without hesitation they recommended Justin Padway. I was very concerned about the charges against me and Justin put me at ease right away. He was very straight with me, being kind but direct and not sugarcoating things. He was always available for a call or to answer an email with my concerns. He gave me assignments of things to do to ensure I would be seen in the best light by the Court at sentencing. I didn’t necessarily want to do all of the things but boy am I glad I listened to him. Everything he told me played out as he said it would. I got a much lower sentence than I could have hoped for, in a court known for tough sentences. I would hire him again, and I will recommend him to anyone who asks. 5 stars is not enough, but that is the highest rating available. I will be forever grateful to Justin and consider him now part of our family.
