Asset Electric Corp is a licensed electrical contractor in Brooklyn (License #13207), and drywall and plaster repair comes with the territory when you're running new circuits or doing an electrical panel replacement. We bring in Paintworks for the patching and painting behind us, and the results speak for…
Ricky is fantastic at sales for sure however biggest issue with Paintworks NYC was the gap between the sales pitch and the reality of the work. We were sold a high level of attention to detail, including matching the existing finishes and textures, but in practice the apartment was largely painted the same way…
Got our apartment looking perfect in just one day after a contractor ruined it. Highly recommend! Quick and a great job. Left the apartment clean etc
We had an incredible experience working with the Paintworks team to repair the walls and paint our whole townhome before moving in. From the very start Ryan, Ricky and the team were very responsive and detailed in their approach, providing an estimate within a few hours of chatting through the brief. We were working…
I got exactly what I asked for. First off, they are incredibly thorough and transparent. Any price adjustment is immediately told to you, and if something is best left untouched they will advise you. Every question they have, they ask instead of guess. They are also super friendly and quick to respond. They also…
Very good work at a reasonable cost, and they did a thorough clean-up afterward.
UPDATE: We went back to Paintworks for additional work. They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my cabinets and my kitchen walls! It was the same experience: on time, professional and focused on making us happy. It was just great! Prior feedback: The team was on time, responsive, respectful and skilled. Whenever we had…

I would use them again! And I would recommend them. They got the job done and their work efforts are awesome!
They replaced our wallpaper and repainted the walls and doors of our hallway. Service was efficient' they left the place clean, and overall were very pleasant.
Very professional and skilled team. Pricing was fair and transparent and everyone from painters to management extremely easy to work with. Would work with them again.
The painting is perfection and the tile work is excellent. Danny and Ryan are great communicators, easy to work with and super reliable.
They are the real deal! We are very happy customers after Paintworks and Decorating skim coated, painted, installed new moulding, and hung new interior doors throughout our 900+sqft co-op apartment. They did great work!
Ryan and his team are the best.
Ryan made sure that we were happy with the work that was done.
Ryan, Ricky, and the team were fabulous from beginning to end. The work is quality, thorough, well-priced and on time. Ryan managed the whole experience and he’s super responsive with email, text, and phone. If issues come up, Ryan works with you to get it right - I had a small area of a wall which was missed on…
Wonderful staff and good attention to detail and responsive! We really appreciated their work!
Quality: This was our 3rd job from Paintworks. We are very satisfied customers. We had multiple cracks to fill/fix and the room looks brand new now! The painters also had to match our different paint colors on walls/ceilings/trim. No problem for them. Responsiveness. Ryan took photos and made note of my concerns…
This is our 5th job partnering with Paintworks and every time it’s been a phenomenal experience. Quality work at a great price and always done in a timely fashion. Ricky, Ryan and team are truly masters of their craft.
The paint job done by Paintworks was top notch. The folks I spoke with were flexible, knowledgeable and super communicative throughout the process. Most importantly, they did a fabulous job and were able to complete the work within a pretty tight timeline I put in place for them. Bravo to this team! I'd highly…

We found Paintworks and Decorating Inc. through Yelp and are we so happy we did! We met with a few different companies to get quotes to paint our 800 sq ft. apartment. Ryan was the first one to respond and was super responsive throughout the entire process answering our many questions. Paintworks was not the least…
We had Paintworks in to do a full re-paint job at our house. I spent some time sourcing a contractor and decided on Ryan and team based initially on their positive/realistic reviews and then interactions/recommendations. We are delighted with the result and will be getting them in again to re-paint our window grates…
Ryan was really great. Responded very quickly and followed all of the rules set forth by my building. The work quality was great too. I highly recommend.
I've been working with Ryan for close to 2 years now. Ryan and his team are absolutely fantastic! As a real estate agent, clients often need to freshen up their apartments with painting, and drywall repair. Paintworks is the ONLY company we refer to our clients. Ryan is very knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling,…
Ryan is excellent! We had a wonderful experience. His team painted the entire apartment, painted the bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets and refinished the floors! And it was a job well done! The apartment looked like new. It was done exactly as we wanted it and Ryan would inform us timely about any changes. He gave…
