Anna was very fantastic. She used booties, which is such an awesome thing and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!
Rachel was a great technician today. She took great care of our home and cleaned up all the webs. We're excited to see the products get to work.
Update: Jeffery was our technician today. This young man was so professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services he provided. He did his usual service, and then made it a point to cover all the specific areas I mentioned to him. He checked in with me before, during, and…
This business is on the verge of just being a scam. It's $300 just to "sign up" for services, at which time they do not disclose to you that there is a $200+ cancellation fee. Then they charge $70 a month but only service quarterly. Then when they have serviced while I was home, they never come inside yet they sent…
TJ did an amazing job with the bug spray, covering both the inside and outside of the home thoroughly.
Mercedes is thorough and professional. She does a great job!

Mercedes was very professional. She called ahead and when she arrived I was asked what issues we were hanging and what she was going to do on this visit. Both items were handled quickly. Thank you.
Just had my initial treatment for wasps, spiders, mosquitoes, fleas and ticks. Technician, Rachel did a great job considering I’ve been unable to do anything around the house, such as mowing and general maintenance, due to medical issues. She was very pleasant and hard working. Can’t wait to see results.
Nick was great! He arrived right on time and actually sprayed some chemicals, unlike other pest control places we have used in the past. He was very knowledgeable and showed me things of concern that I didn't even know we had going on in the house. The price was a lot cheaper than other places we have previously…

Tyler is very nice and has great active listening skills. He did everything I ask of him. TY so much for a great experience.
Nice techs who do a thorough job. It’s nice that mosquito treatments are part of the monthly payment and not extra. Payments are very competitive with other services.
Anna is always super polite, timely, and seems to be very thorough in her work. I am quite content with our support since switching to Palisades!
I paid 75$ for said service tech to change mosquito bucket treatment, the service tech was never at my home! We have 24hr servaillance so I can 100% prove he was never on my property! Second of all, when I signed a monthly agreement, it was to treat our home inside and out monthly plus a free termite inspection! Neither have happened.
Jeffery just came and sprayed our house inside and outside and did a phenomenal job! He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he did and what to expect in the months to come. He’s very personable and friendly. It was like talking to an old friend.
Jeffrey was a nice young man, professional and well spoken. He showed me all different areas he treated in and around our home and explained all my questions with knowledge and professionalism! I would give him six stars if possible because he also was good with and liked my crazy heelers!
