I used Palmer Construction this summer for a structural addition roof project. They were able to convert my flat roof to a pitched roof, remove a door and replaced it with a window, and replaced my gutters. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Everyone I dealt with was very kind, communicative,… Read full review

If you can find a better company, use them. But I am betting you won't. First of all Palmer Construction is a full service operation in terms of the scope of my project. Initially, I needed a roof repair due to tornado damage. That morphed into a roof replacement. My house is VERY complex having been built in the… Read full review

When we discovered a hole in our roof, caused by a fallen branch in a storm, we called Palmer. They were able to get here within a few days and to inspect and then repair the roof in one, quick visit. Dale was friendly and easy to work with. We have used Palmer before (including to install the roof) and we will certainly not hesitate to do so again.

We’ve had Palmer do several jobs on our house over the years, including new siding, roofing, new skylights, and structural work. They’ve always been professional, knowledgeable, and budget friendly. They show up on time and work hard until they finish a project. Cannot recommend them enough.

This company came out the day after a storm and jumped right in. They took care of everything that was needed. The guys were great with communication and I’m happy with the repairs that were completed. Thank you for the quick response and timely repairs.

The original repair was done very well, but our roof shape makes ice dams likely. Palmer suggested and installed several roof modifications to make ice dams unlikely. I recommend Palmer as reliable and thoughtful roofers.

We contacted Palmer construction when we noticed we had a leak in our roof (Palmer did not do the original roof). After contacting them they were able to quickly come out and explain the process and the options for fixing the leak. We were struck by their professionalism and passion for the work they do. The job was… Read full review

They have done work for us in the past. Received from them a quote for new project. An individual came out and gave us a bid. Called 3 times to schedule work and was told someone would call back to schedule but they never did. Things have changed. Will never call them again. Now need to find new contractor.

The workers arrived early, got right to work, they knew exactly what their job was. Everyone was friendly. The job was completed in a day! I have no complaints, very happy with my roof! A special shout out for Dale, he addressed all my concerns with professionalism, I'm thankful for his expertise!
