Dealing with these people has been the worst experience I’ve had. Multiple issues with the house. They “fixed” my roof supposedly twice before. I still have the same issue. When I scheduled yet another appointment they failed to show up not once but twice. I wish I could give 0 stars. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Working with Palo Verde was nothing but a great experience. They work with you fast quickly and professional. When we had any issues JD helped us out on whatever issues we had.

Yvette at palo verde helped us to pick our colors for the house and she was so nice and patient with us thank you so much.
So disappointed- since Palo is supposed to be “the best”. Wanted to build a new build with them and started the process. Everyone was so rude at Palo from the beginning. On top of that- we picked out all of colors and accents and they kept trying to add more money that needed to be put down with all of the choices. We paid- a ridiculous amount in upgrades. They kept messing up the colors - the counter tops were wrong and they wanted to argue about that. Then when they put on the wrong color roof we were just so tied of arguing with them (half the time they take forever to respond). There were weird holes in the wood before the roofing even went up the whole structure just looked a mess. Ultimately we backed out I wish we would’ve never gone with Palo- they are literally the worst, they only refunded $100 which is ridiculous with all that we paid and you know they charged the next people for the upgrades too. The roof color is still wrong on the house. It’s so sad, it looks so ugly and is so disappointing. Buyer beware. Do not build with Palo Verde! They are just money hungry and don’t care about building things right.

Awesome experience doing my walkthrough with JD. Extremely professional and helpful. I walked out extremely happy and taken care of. 10/10 recommend.
