I’ve tried so many different places for my cat grooming, and I could say the service they offered is far beyond my expectation!

The owner is pretty knowledgeable and patient. He was so thoughtful this morning with me and recommended a few foods I could try with my cat, who is having a hard time eating lately. As soon as I got home and offered her the dry and wet food he recommended, she immediately ate. And she's eating again for the second…
My dog and I had a wonderful experience. Warm, knowledgeable owner, who also kindly gave my dog a few treats. Buy his maple bacon personal/store recipe treats! They are a hit with my dog.
Great selection and friendly help. Both my cats have special diets and I found a few options for them to try. Edit: my cats loved the food and I will be back!

We moved recently, and she’s still having a hard time feeling stress-free in the new environment, and it was such a relief when I saw her eating better again 🖤🙏🏾 Thanks for this amazing store!

We visited Pal’s La Pet Shop today for the very first time as first-time puppy owners, and the experience truly exceeded every expectation. Our puppy received a full shower and grooming, and it was done with so much love, patience, and care. You could genuinely feel that she was in kind and experienced hands the entire time. The woman who groomed her was incredibly sweet, informative, and warm. She shared so much helpful advice, explained everything thoughtfully, and made us feel comfortable and confident as new owners. They also helped us choose the best treats, a leash, and other essential items, making sure everything was safe, appropriate, and high quality for a puppy. We left feeling supported, reassured, and really grateful. If you’re a new pet owner or even an experienced one, this place is a true gem. Caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We will absolutely be coming back. 🐾💛
