Customers consistently describe the firm as professional, responsive, and helpful in handling complex tax issues, including back taxes, audits, and IRS negotiations. Reviewers frequently note that staff communicate clearly, resolve long-standing liabilities quickly, and often secure refunds or payment plans that reduce financial stress. One critic reported a bait-and-switch experience where an initial promise to lower tax liability was retracted after a deposit was paid, citing equity constraints as the reason.

I can’t say enough good things about Paramount Tax Relief. After battling cancer and other medical issues, I found myself years behind on my taxes and overwhelmed with anxiety. From the moment I reached out, they guided me through every step with patience, compassion, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything and made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. What they may not realize is that they did so much more than help me catch up on my taxes. They lifted a burden I had carried for years, and I will always be grateful for the care and support they showed me. I highly recommend them!

These guys got the job done. After 2 other tax companies failed to do what they said they would do, I contacted Paramount.
My case was slightly complicated but they got a resolution for me. That stress is now gone. Thanks Paramount team.

I came in VERY nervous because I have truly been raised to fear God and the IRS!
I unfortunately was unable to file my taxes for several years due to the IRS saying there was an issue in 2021 and I was having to paper file, instead of e-filing which I have done for as long as it has existed! 🙃
I tried working with my usual online tax filing company, but they were not able to help me! 😖
After searching online for several days I discovered PARAMOUNT TAX RELIEF, and they LITERALLY live up to their name! 💯✨️💯✨️💯✨️
From the moment I walked in the door for my appt. I felt a sense of relief.
I was worried I was going to ask the wonderful man Imran at the desk too many questions, but they were more than happy to help me with ANY question and made things go so smoothly! 💯🙏
Then Faith called me back and was able to see what needed to be taken care of and everything was seen and taken care of, and she was so kind and excellent about everything! She helped me to feel 100% better and gained a customer for life! 💯🙏
I tried to finish the rest of my taxes in the waiting room but was having issues with my phone with Covered Ca. 😖
That turned into another dilemma for me which they ALSO resolved after having repeated failure downloading the Covered Ca info. 🙏💯
All in all, they are truly PARAMOUNT WITH DOING YOUR TAXES, AND TRULY GIVE YOU THE BEST SENSE OF RELIEF KNOWING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE IRS! 💯🙏🎉💯🙏🎉
THANK YOU AGAIN! 💯🙏✨️
I will be recommending E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E to come to you for their taxes! 💯💯💯
See you next year! 🥰
