I contacted them for a clogged kitchen drain a little before 1:00; they called back immediately. A few minutes later they called to say a repairman was on his way--allow 30 minutes to arrive. He was there by 1:30, did the job and was finished with the billing by 2:00. Not an emergency by any means, but awesome response.
I called Parthenon to look at a clogged drain. The service tech, Eli Smith came out the next morning (another plumber said they couldn’t be there for 3 days!). He found the source of the problem and was able to fix it. It was an unusual issue but he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Excellent service. I would call them again.
The service was wonderful. Ned fixed my clog line. I appreciate the prompt service because I have a broken leg and had to have that bathroom.
