Patriot Comfort Services makes owning a home so easy. They are quick, responsive, understanding, and honest! They explain everything they are doing, reasonably priced, and attentive. There aren’t many businesses like this anymore! I will keep recommending Patriot!
Always 1st Class work from this top notch company. Patrick and Carla go out of their way to assist with communication and detailed repairs/installations. If you are using any other company to service or replace your HVAC system you are not using the very best in the DFW area.
Carla was an outstanding help. She made sure we got what we needed and continues to check in to make sure everything is working well.
I called needing HVAC service. I was treated with respect and decency by Mark the repair man. I would work with this company time and time again.
Mark Hawk was very professional, and very kind.
Patriot was excellent! The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Excellent service. The tech explained everything that our system needed or didn't need. He was professional and treated our equipment and our home with respect. Very refreshing to have this level of service.
Great company with great, fast results. Our go-to now
Randy Jackson is a true professional and very knowledgeable…..He is always on time when he says what time he would be it my house…I’ve been using/having Randy and his Patriot Comfort Services for many years….
My technician was friendly and great, but I just went outside to get my mail, and he hung ads on the door handles of all my neighbors. My neighborhood is very serious about keeping door ads away, I don’t want to annoy my neighbors.
This business is based on excellence and customer satisfaction. Remember when A/C companies took care of your equipment as if it were their own? Remember when this was their priority instead of up selling something new? Remember when it took the first try to solve your problem? Patriot and their people are all of…
These gentlemen are experts and should win every award in my opinion.

My AC drain in the attic was clogged and nasty water was dripping through my kitchen ceiling. Patriot came quickly, cleared the line and cleaned up the excess water. Efficient, quality service from a friendly Texas gentleman.
