Brian was responsive and thorough when providing quotes. Other companies sent out unqualified people to quote or just gave an outrageous quote over the phone without seeing the location. Price was also far better than the other companies we researched so we went with Patriot. Carla's customer service was exceptional before, during and after install. Installation was just days after we agreed to purchase the mini split. We are very happy with the unit and its performance.
