I called for service at 8:30 I was given a window from 10 AM to 12 noon. The tag guy showed up which is Patrick at 10 till 10 and he was outstanding customer service outstanding explaining detail what was going on outstanding and he did not conclude the ticket until he knew what he did worked my house is cool.

Carla in customer service was great with getting me set up and Patrick (the one in the pink van lol) was really great. He was thorough in his inspection and shared his knowledge when explaining the issue. I’ll be using this company for all of my future hvac needs.

The tech showed up an hr later at 10 pm on Sunday to diagnose our AC after several other companies couldn't . Even Willard said two days out after they installed it and we've been a loyal customer to them . It it what it is. I like they're service and attitude. I'll be using them from now on. I contacted them around 3pm on a 100° Friday. I was told they will accommodate me between 6-8pm time window, however by 5:15 pm my unit was completely diagnosed, repaired, and fully functioning!!

Patrick was great. It’s not often an AC guy will leave without trying to get you to spend money when it’s not necessary. Was a time you could trust most of the local companies you dealt with. Those days are gone, but Patriot is one you can still trust for a fair deal.

The technicians needed a taller ladder and they drove all the way to Forney to get a 40’ ladder. They went and came back to Dallas with the bigger ladder. They were thorough, kind and explained everything very well. We will use them to do the the repair.

I had two upstairs bedrooms that weren’t cooling. My regular AC guy wasn’t available so I called Patriot yesterday. Desmond came out this morning and within an hour, fixed my issue. He was efficient, thorough, and most of all, honest. I won’t hesitate to use Patriot again and highly recommend them!

Got a rapid response and the technician, Desmond, arrived in a few hours to troubleshoot the problem. Received a call from Carla at the main office and a text from Desmond updating when he'd arrive. Great friendly service, always willing to help however they can. The only HVAC company you need to call.

Our AC went out on Friday during the summer and no one could come out until the next week. Randy was at my house the same day about 30 minutes after I called. He identified the issue and got the part by the next day. He was amazing!! I would recommend him to anyone.
