I took my car in for collision service last week, and I was very impressed with the care and professionalism I received. Tony is a wonderful manager who took the time to handle all the issues with my daughter car Toyota Camry and made sure everything was done properly. I highly recommend Pail’s Collision Repair for anyone looking for quality service.
Got my work done super fast, excellent quality, and cheaper than all the other places I took my car to. 10/10 place I’ll be coming here for all other work.

Updated Review: I originally had a frustrating experience with Paul’s Collision Repair involving my spouse’s older vehicle after a wreck. There was confusion over the repair sequence, and the first repair performed did not address the subframe issue that was preventing the vehicle from being aligned. However, I want to give Paul’s real credit for how they ultimately handled the situation. After I raised my concerns, Alan followed up directly, listened to my perspective, and worked with me toward a fair resolution. We were able to reach a constructive compromise, including a $300 refund, which I appreciated. I also want to recognize Tony, who was courteous throughout the process, reduced the later subframe repair slightly, and even gave me a ride to and from my apartment. Tony was also professional and willing to revisit the issue once my concerns were fully laid out. Most importantly, I appreciated their openness to feedback about improving communication with customers going forward, especially when multiple repairs may be involved and the order of repairs could affect cost, timing, or insurance review. What began as a frustrating experience ended in a fair and respectful resolution. I appreciate Paul’s willingness to make things right, and I am revising my review accordingly.

You're right that the original diagnosis pointed to the subframe, and we understand how confusing and frustrating it must have been to have a different repair attempted first, only to find out afterward that the subframe still needed to be addressed separately. That added delay, extra expense, and complication with your insurance claim is not the experience we want for our customers, and we're sorry for the added stress this put on you and your spouse. We're grateful that Tony and Alan were able to provide friendly and courteous service throughout, but we recognize that good communication about the repair plan itself is just as important, and we fell short of that in your case.
