I love the entire staff at Paw City. They take their time with my babies and I can tell when I pick them up that they have been in good hands. While the entire team is great I specifically want to recognize Jamie. She showed so much compassion when I brought my elderly dog in for his last spa day. She went out of her way to care for his special needs.
Been going here for a few years now. They do excellent service and our dog is so happy to see them.
Our dogs always look so nice after grooming. Great place!
As always our boys came home looking very handsome. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the techs are so sweet with them. I recommend Paw City GL to everyone!
Our dogs love the staff at the Grand Ledge Paw City Care! The staff takes such good care of them and our dogs always look so cute when they’re done!
They did a good job. Very pleased with the service. Will visit again.
We love Paw City! We’re super thankful that they have “comfort grooms” for our older dog with arthritis and our younger, more energetic dog receives great grooms as well. We’ve even had our ragdoll cat get brushed out and in-home nail trims. They really excel at all the services they offer.
Jacqui and Breanna did a fabulous job with our two pups. Jamie is always a pleasure to work with. My dogs always seem happy, not stressed! Thanks for taking such good care of them everytime
After my dogs surgery, she needed a good grooming. They did an excellent job and gave her a good refresh. What a caring team!
Our sweet pup is a rescue with her own set of triggers— she’s a lover but needs patience. Ms. Jacqui is the BEST with our girl, and works so gently with her helping her become more confident and calm. She’s also great with communicating how she’s doing, pictures, and time frames. I also love that Jacqui gets just as…
Absolutely the best groomers! They love the dogs like their own.
