They take extraordinary care of my 2 dogs. I pick them up after 10 days, and both look healthy and happy. If it wasn't for them, I would not be able to get out of the city.

Our dog was there for the long weekend. They Mixed our dog up with another dog. The place smelled like urine when you walked in. Our dog didn’t receive his breakfast nor snacks —his bag was completely full and it was proportioned for exactly 3 days. He was also super thirsty when we got him home. Really disappointed in this place.

We boarded our 9 year old boxer here over the weekend and we were super impressed. The facility is super clean and smells great upon entering. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our dog stayed for 3 days and we opted for a bath. They were so patient and loving with our girl. I highly recommend this business for boarding your beloved pets. I felt safe and secure leaving Luna here and I think she had a great time.

We were out of town for a few days. Very convenient app to schedule appointment and upload vaccination records. Our pup returned to us happy and healthy after her 5 day stay at Paws and claws.

Great place to leave your fur babies staff is nice and friendly but the girl in front desk Cindy and handler Elvis made me feel secure with leaving my babies with no worry even though the facility was busy they made sure to give me my individual attention.... max loved it 5 stars

We took our 10 month old puppy Cody on June 5, 2025. That was the first and last time. We will never return or recommend them to anyone else. We explained that we had a bad experience at another place and that we only wanted him bathed which I don't think they did because the next day he smelled like a wet washcloth and even got an ear infection.They didn't even ask if he was vaccinated. The moment you walk in there, there is a horrible stench. The staff wasn't the most friendly especially two employees who were horrible. I put the one star review because it was the only way to submit post. They don't deserve the star. Never again.
