The loose conduit has been tied. No unit testing was done. We've used only two of the units have recently used for the first time since installation. It appears there is a large capacity for cooling even in the hottest weather.
Unprofessional. Installation went way over the length of time. Made an appointment for maintenance they never showed up. They never gave any direction on how to use or maintain the system.
