They came recommended by Claude AI - they were able to get out the next business day and Eric not only took care of the leak and charged me a fair price but he also found our water turn off to our pool. Our plumber Thomas did a Great job today. Leaks are all fixed and area is well cleaned. Only concern is minor. He didn’t leave us the Sheetrock piece that was cut out. This would have been a very simple mud replacement as area has a huge mirror in front of it. Now have to go get some Sheetrock replacement. 🙃

Great job as always. Billy (at the house) and Chris back at the office explained everything, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job.
All ethical business owners should honor the contract when one of their plumbers needs to properly install a significant piece of equipment that fails within twenty-four hours, offer a partial refund, and apologize. But Mr. Weimar would rather deny his company's incompetence and blame it on the high water pressure…
Very friendly plumber responding timely to our overflowing drain
The worst service experience I have ever had. Zero Stars. We had a sewer back up problem and agreed for them to replace our cast iron pipes. We first worked with Mike McIntyre. He came out did 80% of the job we agreed to and then said that we should consider doing the other 20% for another $4,000 up-charge. He…

One of the best experiences I've had, from a Customer Service standpoint. From scheduling the appointment for a semi-emergency during off-hours, to flexibility, to communication, to service and then, finally, to their dedicated follow-ups to ensure their high-level of service, I'd recommend this company 10/10 times to anyone.
