I had Pear Tree out for a dishwasher issue recently. They fit me into their schedule for early the following week, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly and expertly. I value their service and definitely recommend them and will use them for any appliance issues again.
I have used several appliance repair companies over the past 30 years and have never found one that I would recommend or much less leave a review about. These guys were professional, on time, and they had a personality. I will definitely use them again for all of my appliances. I just wish they did more than appliances, They were super to work with.
These gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a family-owned business that proudly stands behind their work. They had to come out several times to fix my dishwasher, by no fault of theirs. All I can say is stay away from Samsung appliances. Nonetheless, they were very communicative and took very good care of me. 10/10
