Refreshing to find people that stand behind their work! Went out of their way to make things right after the first repair didn't solve the issue. I would absolutely use them in the future and would highly recommend.
Mr Ken followed up 2 hours after my call. Arrived next morning. Diagnosed the problem, order the part and completed the job today. Calls with with arrival status. Technical expert. Courteous. Can’t ask for a better service experience.
Great professional and reliable service. Thank you William for your quick and excellent work,
I had Pear Tree out for a dishwasher issue recently. They fit me into their schedule for early the following week, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly and expertly. I value their service and definitely recommend them and will use them for any appliance issues again.
I have used several appliance repair companies over the past 30 years and have never found one that I would recommend or much less leave a review about. These guys were professional, on time, and they had a personality. I will definitely use them again for all of my appliances. I just wish they did more than appliances, They were super to work with.
These gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It's a family-owned business that proudly stands behind their work. They had to come out several times to fix my dishwasher, by no fault of theirs. All I can say is stay away from Samsung appliances. Nonetheless, they were very communicative and took very good care of me. 10/10
Installed new dishwasher in timely manner. Very friendly crew and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for future issues
Very prompt service. Quick response from Ken, and Daniel did a great job diagnosing and repairing our dishwasher. We would definitely recommend this company.
We are very happy with the service performed on our dishwasher this morning by James from Pear Tree. He showed up when they said he would, he was very helpful in explaining the issues with our dishwasher and what options we have, and we will call them again in future for any appliance repair needs we have. Thanks Pear Tree!
