Pear Tree and our service Tech Daniel did a great job reviving our old refrigerator and saving us from having to go appliance shopping at a time that is not good for the consumer. We have an old refrigerator that has performed well and lasted a long time. Keeping it running was our main goal and Daniel was able to do that for us.

The technician was able to identify why my freezer was not keeping the right temperature. I had some other company work on it but didn’t seem to try and find the issue. I’m so pleased with William, who repaired my freezer seal. Very pleasurable and helpful. Their response time was quick and made me feel like they were concerned with my issue. I will never use anyone else except Peartree and William for my needed repairs.
We have now used Pear Tree appliance twice. James came out to repair/replace our Thermador ice maker and ice/water dispenser. He and his wife Michelle are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!
