We had a 48" six burner gas cooktop with griddle and a downdraft vent that needed to be repaired. The first highly rated repair place we called sent out a tech and basically said they couldn't fix the cooktop or it's griddle, said he wouldn't touch the vent, and left us with zero options. Pear Tree was recommended…
