I have been using Pelican for preventative treatments for about 3 years. They are great to work with, always on time and very responsive. It is easy to schedule visits, and they quickly take care of any issues I have! Highly recommend!
The owner was extremely professional but the staff that came out to service were home seemed lazy. I had to request service inside my home on the last two visits and did not even request the entire home be serviced. I did not renew my contract after a year of service.
They are extremely dedicated and friendly. Excellent service. Ann is wonderful with our dogs and does a great job.
