One service from Keith almost completely eradicated ants we’ve been dealing with for years. Keith was very knowledgable about how, why and where ants were entering the house. Keith did one follow up treatment to get rid of the last few ants. Wish we’d done this years ago.
Excellent job of controlling ants using environmentally friendly products.
We've worked with Keith for years - not only is he a delight to work with and excellent with communication, he gets the jobs done! I especially appreciate his humane and environment-first approach that other pest control companies do not offer or even consider. Highly recommend!
Keith is super helpful and knowledgeable. Glad we worked with him with our summer ant issues.
Keith did is incredibly thorough and conscientious. He took his time listening to issues and assessing the situation before suggesting a course of action. He properly set expectations by making us aware of the lead time necessary to see meaningful results and he was spot on. Moreover, he made it clear our level of…

Keith does a great job. Prompt, professional, and knows his stuff. He always sends the unwanted bugs packing and we don't see them again until the next year!

Very responsive, excellent customer service.
Keith responded to my request for inspection for probable carpenter ants very quickly and was able to address the issue on the same day. Ants are gone!
Came to house and was respectful of my work from home. Informed me of the plan and went about his business. After all was done, explained what he did, left me a few traps and let me know to call if I saw ants. About 3 weeks later, I did see a trail of ants and called. He came out in a couple days and retreated. I…
Always prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!
Fantastic business! Keith really knows his stuff and is committed to “green” approaches to ant control. He solved our ant problem with one treatment involving baited traps. No pesticide spraying. Our dog Louie really appreciates that 🙂.
I selected Pest & Pollinator because of his commitments to eco-friendly practices. Keith came highly recommended by a friend who knows how important it is to me to maintain an animal, human, and environment safe property, and he took care of our sugar ant infestation rather quickly. We haven’t had any issues since…
Keith is great. He has helped us with both an ant and rodent issue. We have young children and a dog, so I am always hesitant to use any chemicals around them. Keith is very thoughtful with his approach and doesn’t overprescribe chemicals. He is very reliable and always seems to make time to come out quickly when we…
Keith was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in treating our carpenter ant issue. We have been carpenter ant free since his treatment. Most importantly Keith’s treatments are environmentally friendly. I highly recommend him!
Keith is an excellent exterminator, super personable, and most importantly, easy to reach. He does my quarterly service for ants (we all need that here in Portland!) and goes the extra mile to find the source instead of just spraying. I also had a rodent issue recently, and Keith prioritized coming out to help me…
Very responsive and thorough. Highly recommend Keith, he’s an exceptionally hard worker, knowledgeable and never dismissive.
Pest & Pollinators is the only company I trust to care for my home. Their service was quick, effective, & affordable. The owner is highly experienced and knowledgeable about their craft. They even wore foot covers to keep my carpet clean during their inspection. Wish I could give 6 stars.
