We've worked with Keith for years - not only is he a delight to work with and excellent with communication, he gets the jobs done! I especially appreciate his humane and environment-first approach that other pest control companies do not offer or even consider. Highly recommend!
This was such a positive vendor experience. Keith responded to my inquiry and scheduled me promptly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And I appreciate his natural and organic approach to pest control. I highly recommend him.
Keith does a great job. Prompt, professional, and knows his stuff. He always sends the unwanted bugs packing and we don't see them again until the next year!
Keith is the best! He helped us through multiple very stressful situations and it was a huge sense of relief to know we could rely on him. How many businesses have a 5.0 rating, trust me it’s warranted.
Keith was very helpful and able to access our situation promptly. He was informed about the damage done to our home and offer honest and reliable feedback. Thank you.
Well, I know they are honest, because I called them over to pest-proof my house and they gave me the good news that my house is almost completely pest-proof already. They didn't try to sell me a package of services I don't need. I'll definitely use them again for any pest management needs.
Keith is an excellent exterminator, super personable, and most importantly, easy to reach. He does my quarterly service for ants (we all need that here in Portland!) and goes the extra mile to find the source instead of just spraying. I also had a rodent issue recently, and Keith prioritized coming out to help me…
Pest & Pollinators is the only company I trust to care for my home. Their service was quick, effective, & affordable. The owner is highly experienced and knowledgeable about their craft. They even wore foot covers to keep my carpet clean during their inspection. Wish I could give 6 stars.
Keith has been excellent to work with! He is a great communicator and worked with us to manage our ants in a way we were comfortable with. He treats only what is necessary and I couldn't recommend him more.
Hired Keith for a rodent/wildlife inspection and he was awesome to work with. Took time to answer a good amount of questions over my initial call and in person during the inspection. Would recommend to anyone!
Keith was very nice and friendly, which made it easier to communicate the problem and get his professional opinion. He showed me the best option and what to do to help with the situation. He was very courteous and respectful towards my concerns and really helped me by his less aggressive method of treatment and make us feel safe.Thank you so much Keith.
Keith was very professional and thorough in his work. He patiently answered all of my questions regarding safety for my toddler and clearly explained everything. Great results so far. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
We used Pest and Pollinator after a small but annoying rat issue 8n our basement. Kieth showed up twice and was very kind and professional. He wore a mask to protect our family as well as shoe coverings to not track mud into our home. He explained everything to us and was very thorough with his approach. I would…
Keith inspected the Tree of Heaven seedlings and suckers that were continuing to grow, two years after the tree was cut. This tree is very invasive and known to cause serious property damage. It has an ominous nickname: the Widow Maker. I hired Keith to use IPM and carefully hand apply a product to each shoot. He…
Did a great job with removing a skunk from our crawl space and follow-up exclusion measures. Definitely recommended!
Keith was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also worked quickly and was respectful of my curious cat. Call this guy for your extermination needs!!
Keith from Pest & Pollinator arrived right on time and ready to work. We did a walk through, he identified some problem areas where ants and spiders could get into my home and then he set to fixing them! I really appreciated that he was "ready to work" and not just "here is a bid, someone will call you in a week to…
Keith is very knowledgeable and has provided excellent service for us. He responds right away and has been extremely thorough in inspections. We also appreciate that we only pay for services we need rather than having to purchase an expensive contract.
I had a good experience working with this company. Keith was honest, fair, and polite. He was honest when some work didn't need to be done and reduced the price of his initial quote after realizing some services didn't need to be performed to reflect the integrity of his service. I highly recommend using this company.
