Keith does a quick and efficient job for an affordable rate. Very responsive and flexible.
We've worked with Keith for years - not only is he a delight to work with and excellent with communication, he gets the jobs done! I especially appreciate his humane and environment-first approach that other pest control companies do not offer or even consider. Highly recommend!
I've worked with them in the past and I've always been satisfied. Keith is Honest, detail-oriented control that gets the job done. Very professional service with a clear service plan for success.
Keith is the best. He thoughtfully and thoroughly took care to diagnose the issue and designed a treatment that fit the situation. Pest and Pollinator will not try to upsell or bind you in a contract like its competitors. Keith also understood and respected why I wanted to keep the spiders around the property. That…
Keith was punctual, communicative, reasonably priced, and effective! I will definitely reach out to him again with any future pest concerns.
I have had a great experience with Keith at Pest and Pollinators for ant and rodent control. Keith is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, always providing effective solutions tailored to my needs. Since working with Keith, I’ve seen major improvements in pest management. His ant treatments are effective,…
Keith is extremely conscientious and responsive. He had a solution for our beaver problem and is extremely knowledgeable.
Keith is the best! He helped us through multiple very stressful situations and it was a huge sense of relief to know we could rely on him. How many businesses have a 5.0 rating, trust me it’s warranted.
Keith was great! Prompt, friendly, and efficient.
Keith was super friendly and professional and helped us figure out the best ways to keep mice out of our home. Definitely recommend this company for natural pest control!
Keith did great work helping us with an exclusion in our attic. The work was complicated with our house being old, but he had a clear approach and was always timely and thorough. I really appreciated his commitment to pollinator friendly practices as well. Strongly recommend and will definitely be my go-to if we need services again!
I love this company! They have provided the best service compared to the other competitors in the pest control business. I highly recommend them.
Keith was very friendly and helpful and much more affordable than the other company I priced.
Keith is amazing! He worked with me to come up with a plan and executed it perfectly. He solved the problems and came up with solutions to prevent future issues. Highly recommend!
Best pest control experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve unfortunately had several. Keith is fast, thorough, fairly priced, and holistic without trying to boil the ocean. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Reliable, punctual, very informative, honest and well priced! We highly recommend Keith.
Keith is very knowledgeable, customer centered and a really good human being. His website is full of great information about all types of critters that may want to live with you but you don't want to live with them. I noticed a rat in my yard eating the spilled seed from one of my feeders. I took down the feeders…
Keith is great. He has helped us with both an ant and rodent issue. We have young children and a dog, so I am always hesitant to use any chemicals around them. Keith is very thoughtful with his approach and doesn’t overprescribe chemicals. He is very reliable and always seems to make time to come out quickly when we…
Keith has been great! He has been our number 1 go to for any and all pest concerns for years. He is quick to respond and works well around our busy schedules. He came to our aid quickly when we had a very aggressive hornet situation and we have seen one since. Can’t recommend him enough!
Keith is not working for some huge, out-of-state company. Rather, this is his company, and he treated us a customers want to be treated: he arrived as scheduled, carefully covered his shoes to keep things clean, took care of our squirrels, and was very pleasant. We would highly recommend Pest & Pollinator.
Keith was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable. He listened to what our concerns were, as well as what our goals were, and helped us with a tailored plan to meet address the concerns according to our values. We would absolutely recommend him!
Keith is an excellent exterminator, super personable, and most importantly, easy to reach. He does my quarterly service for ants (we all need that here in Portland!) and goes the extra mile to find the source instead of just spraying. I also had a rodent issue recently, and Keith prioritized coming out to help me…
Keith did a great job helping us to eradicate some roof rats that were getting into our attic. He was easy to get a hold of and came out the next day to set some traps. We also had a small point of entry in the roof that he was able to close up to stop other rats from getting in. Very reasonably priced and…
I recently discovered that I had some pretty big critters i.e., rats in my crawlspace. These nasty uninvited guests were very destructive (chewing into my water lines!) Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended Eric from Pest & Pollinator. I immediately contacted Eric “the rat whisperer” and was glad that I did. He…
Very responsive and thorough. Highly recommend Keith, he’s an exceptionally hard worker, knowledgeable and never dismissive.
Pest & Pollinators is the only company I trust to care for my home. Their service was quick, effective, & affordable. The owner is highly experienced and knowledgeable about their craft. They even wore foot covers to keep my carpet clean during their inspection. Wish I could give 6 stars.
Heard scratching noises in the attic and initially called another company, but they said the earliest appointment would be in 3 weeks. Called Keith and he came out the next day. A squirrel was trapped within a day or two. After a few follow ups to make sure the squirrel was a loner and sealing the entry points,…
They were professional and thorough, letting me know what was going on at every step of the process. They were hired by my rental management, so no notes on price, but definitely delivered a great service.
Keith is incredibly knowledgeable and created a rodent removal strategy that was quick, efficient, and effective. He also took the time to locate problem areas in my garage and made recommendations on how to mouse proof to prevent future incidents. Thank you!
Keith from Pest & Pollinator did an incredible job eliminating my house of a very frustrating and annoying roof rat problem. He was always was very clear and communicative on when he’d be arriving, how long it would take, updates as to what’s taking place, and the assorted solutions he was proposing. With the…
Keith was awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.
Keith did a great job. He was patient in answering our questions and explaining his plan. We felt much more confident in him than the previous pest people we'd worked with and so far the rats haven't found a way back in. We will definitely work with him again!
Keith did a wonderful job! We've worked with other exterminators in the past who simply set traps and nothing more - expensive and not very useful. We wanted someone to do rodent exclusion so we wouldn't keep having the problem! From our initial visit, I knew Keith was better than all the others we've used. He…
Keith was available and promt to answer when I called. Other services were booked out by weeks. He came right over to set traps, then made an appointment to do a through inspection. I don't know about anyone else but when I see a rat I want it gone now, not two weeks from Tuesday! Keith took care of our problem and…
Keith was straight forward and honest. He offered a service that seemed to me to be totally appropriate for our situation and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Thanks Keith!
He did a really good job! Happy to be rodent free!!
We had a rat infestation in our house for about a year and we tried to take on the job ourselves and it was brutal. The rats kept outsmarting us. We didn't want to hire one of the big name pest control companies in our area because all their treatment options also target butterflies, honey bees, humming birds and…
Keith was super nice, responsive, and successful. Thanks, Keith!
I greatly appreciated the fast and thorough response. We suddenly had a terrible smell in our house that we discovered was linked to the crawl space under our house. When we reached out Keith was able to come the next day and the smell was gone with in 24 hours. He also provided us a thorough assessment and plan on…
We had a "problem squirrel" who started gnawing its way into our attic eaves to nest. When I reached out to a few businesses for help, Keith was the first person to respond. Before anything was decided he came by, assessed the situation, came up with a plan and thoroughly discussed it with me. He listened to my…
