I had a great experience with Brandon Watkins. I have been dealing with harvester ants for several years now and haven't been able to eradicate the issue. Daniel has been working with me to keep the pests at bay in my home for the last few years. I have always used a pest control service to do this but no one took a vested interest in keeping my home pest free until Daniel. I have had issues beyond that of your regular monthly concerns and Daniel has provided extra…

I have had Paul Smith for my quarterly pest treatments for many years, and it is VERY important to me to consistently have Paul as my Technician. We used a national pest service for years and it was more expensive and didn’t seem to do much. We have been really happy with this company and their price. Dylan is great
Dylan has been servicing our home for several years. He is always prompt and responsive to our needs and concerns.
Dylan did an excellent job! He noticed we had fire ants and treated for them (even though I forgot to mention it!). We really appreciated his thoughtfulness!

I moved into my new home 26 years ago. A year later when it was time for my 1st termite inspection the company that did the initial inspection had gone out of business. Michael Tucker (Route 16) Darnell Walker (Route 27) These guys did an outstanding job with getting ride of the invasive insects on my property. They were very professional and explained every detail about their process. They are definitely worth the money.
I’ve used this service twice now and haven’t been let down. First go around I was having a really bad roach problem.. my neighbor gave me some socks with roach eggs in them. Not only did Michael Tucker and Darnell Walker make sure they got every little pest out but they also came back and made sure they were gone…

UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM COMPANY: I find it ironic that you would say your company doesn't operate this way, because I have extensive text logs showing my communication with Jason where he came to our home and retreated. Sounds like someone is lying! Seeing as it would be a waste of time for me to leave a review…
We have been using Pest and Termite Consultants for about 2 years now, and we have had a great experience with our technician Jordan. He is always prompt, very communicative, and very professional. We would definitely recommend Pest and Termite Consultants to other customers in the Raleigh area based on our experience with Jordan.
Jordan, from Pest & Termite Consultants came to my home to do an initial inspection and extermination. He was on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and why. Jordan listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I look forward to seeing him again in October!
We've had a quarterly service with Pest and Termite for some time now. I originally signed up with them because my mother referred me and she was very happy with her guy. He would tell her about problem areas, take down spider webs, and provided really good service. Sadly, the technicians that have serviced my home…

I have kept their service for 15 years. They are always a pleasure to work with, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend.
We heard of this company by word of mouth and glad we did. We have just moved into the area and this was the first treatment of our home. Richard did a great job, arrived on time and knew a lot about the local insects and pests. Prices seem in line with other companies. Richard stands out to us as he is so knowledgeable.
I wish that I could provide a wonderful review of my experience with Pest & Termite Consultants, but I can't. They came out and treated for ants which I was told would provide protection for at least three months. It's been two months now and we have ants again. I called to request a retreatment but was told that…
First time meeting Mark as he just took over our account. He was very knowledgeable and I have high confidence in him. Look forward to having him take care of our home.
Quarterly pest control and annual termite bond renewal
Austin did a great job - we've used Pest and Termite Consultants for 20 years now - nice people - reliable and flexible!
Not only do we not have the bugs so prevalent in the south, we also have a technician who we really like. Paul is personable, efficient and really good with all our pets. He goes above and beyond for us. We have bees and don't want to spray for mosquitos, so he told us which plants to use and other ways we can try…
Jordan went above and beyond ! Not only was he quick and efficient, but he also removed some spiderwebs that were in hard to reach places on the outside of our top floor. Good job !
Can't say enough good things about Pest and Termite Consultants, especially our technician Dylan!
