Devin does such a great job of explaining what he is doing, how things work, and really takes the time to serve us as clients. He is exceptional. We've been getting pest control and mosquito treatment with this company for over ten years and have never been disappointed with their customer service or treatment.
Daniel and Wes have been great to us! Cheerful and thorough! We highly recommend!

Daniel was friendly and professional. He spoke with me about the service he came to provide. Verry happy with his service. Highly recommend!
I have had a pleasant experience with Pest & Termite Consultants. They have been very helpful with eliminating a roach issue before it became a serious problem. They are able to come out in between scheduled quarterly services in order to help with the issue. They were very friendly, reasonably priced. Their…
We used a national pest service for years and it was more expensive and didn’t seem to do much. We have been really happy with this company and their price. Dylan is great
Dylan was very responsive to our concerns. Great service!
Dylan did an excellent job! He noticed we had fire ants and treated for them (even though I forgot to mention it!). We really appreciated his thoughtfulness!

We have been very pleased with the quality and value of Pest and Termite Consultants. Dylan in particular has been working with us for years and is always very prompt and knowledgable if there are any issues.
Just wanted to put in another good word for my technician, Michael Tucker. I recently had a really nasty issue with sugar ants that popped up literally almost overnight, and he stopped by within two days and effectively corrected the problem…within 24 hours, they were gone!! Highly recommend!!
PTC and Dylan do an excellent job. We have been using them for pest and termite control for over 10 years with great results. We would highly recommend Dylan and PTC!
We are long time customers to Pest and Termite Consultants. They do a great job for us and for my real estate clients. Our technician Austin is knowledgeable and friendly.
I needed to update my appreciation of Brandon’s service. A few days ago I noticed a few live ants coming through the kitchen window area. Because I’m going out of town for a week I worried I might have a real infestation by the time I got back so I called Brandon. He came out to swiftly bait, spray and leave me an…
Brandon is the most professional, friendly, thorough associate. He’s always on-time, with a smile and ready to work. No one is better!

Michael Tucker (Route 16) Darnell Walker (Route 27) These guys did an outstanding job with getting ride of the invasive insects on my property. They were very professional and explained every detail about their process. They are definitely worth the money.
I’ve used this service twice now and haven’t been let down. First go around I was having a really bad roach problem.. my neighbor gave me some socks with roach eggs in them. Not only did Michael Tucker and Darnell Walker make sure they got every little pest out but they also came back and made sure they were gone…
The exterminator Michael Tucker route 16 preformed multiple services quickly and professionally. I appreciate the services he provided and will have my next services done through them.
Michael Tucker #16 just finished another regular treatment that's been successfully fending off cockroaches from our home. He's always reliable, prompt, contentious, and friendly. See you in a couple months to keep up the "winning record"!

UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE FROM COMPANY: I find it ironic that you would say your company doesn't operate this way, because I have extensive text logs showing my communication with Jason where he came to our home and retreated. Sounds like someone is lying! Seeing as it would be a waste of time for me to leave a review…
We have been using Pest and Termite Consultants for about 2 years now, and we have had a great experience with our technician Jordan. He is always prompt, very communicative, and very professional. We would definitely recommend Pest and Termite Consultants to other customers in the Raleigh area based on our experience with Jordan.
Jordan, from Pest & Termite Consultants came to my home to do an initial inspection and extermination. He was on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and why. Jordan listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I look forward to seeing him again in October!
Brandon is always very prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. Couldn't ask for more.
Product was fine, but the service? Yeesh. ---- When a company comes recommended, it helps cut considerable red-tape of research and the pain of having to work with people unknown to you. Will a company provide a good product? Decent service? Not feel like you’ve wasted your time and money? We were recommended by…
Jordan, my technician, is thorough and professional. I have used this company for 26 years now and I highly recommend their services. Jordan, as usual, is excellent at his job. Highly Recommend.
