I’m Rod Stringer; I used Pest Arrest today, so far very good results, I’ll post another review in a couple months :-)
Jason was very knowledgeable to explain the life cycle of the ants and then the options regarding coverage. Extremely efficient and through. Suzi Scheck
Ants! Ants! Ants! So many ants ! Thanks to pest arrest the ants aren't taking over ! I think we had them because of our dog food but after Eric did a spray we no longer saw them ! It's nice to not have them crawling everywhere anymore
Technician was very communicative about the services and the process. Offered to service same day as the inspection. Reasonably priced so I'm happy so far!
Called and was able to get an appointment for the following day. James was 10mins early and explained exactly what he was going to do to get rid of my wasp problem. I have a townhouse and he was able to spot a wasp nest by neighbor's gutter so I will be recommending Pest Arrest for him too.
This is first time I'm using any pest control. Jason, friendly service manager, was right on time for inspection and estimation. He explained in detail about the service and the products they use. He was very flexible about schedule. On scheduled day, Json Arrived right on time. Notified me 30 min prior arrival.…
Responded super quick, tech was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Highly recommend!!
Very professional and friendly. We were worried about ticks because of our dog going outside and getting into everything. They took care of the entire yard and even inside the house. What they use is safe for humans and pets. They were very informative and explained each step. Will definitely refer them to our friends.
Very knowledgeable and great service. Explained what was needed and great pricing!
We called this company for rodent and ants extermination they gave us a good estimate and did a great job.
Jason was on time and very nice and professional! Quick effective service highly recommend.
I like how i got a good “bang for my buck”. He was honest that a one time spray was what I needed for my issue and it would take care of it. That a one time spray a year should do it. I thought it was just the exterior of the house (base, around windows and sofits). It was also the interior as well (he did…
My experience was awesome! Jason was prompt with my appointment time. Explained all the services thoroughly, the treatments and methods he would use to get rid of ants and other pests in our home. Will definitely continue to use his services and I recommend Jason and Pest Arrest highly!
Jason did an awesome job explaining the process. Very reassuring, he took the time to listen and also treated all the areas I was concern about. Overall great service.
Jason did a great job of explaining the services and methods for getting rid of ants. Will continue to use this company.
Jason did a great job! He came out to give a free estimate, and then when we scheduled a couple days later, he honored the previous estimate with a discount. He explained what he was doing and how the product worked, and then explained how the warranty works. It appears he and his company stand by their service and…
