UPDATED 08/14/2024 I was out of town for about 3 weeks, and came home to clear indication of mice in the house. Naturally, tore the house apart, sealed what I could on the inside, and cleaned it from stem to stern. I reached out to several providers immediately. I got a quote from Joseph originally, and it was a breeze to get that taken care of at a convenient time. After looking at a variety of quotes, Pest Arrest was the most reasonable overall. I made the appointment and Michael came out to service the property. It was a breeze and no problems getting it squared away in under half an hour. It’s 1/21/24, so we’ll see how it goes! I caught one mouse the week before Michael came out, but haven’t seen indications of any mice the entire time since initial detection. I’ll be sure to update in a few weeks! UPDATE 08/14/2025 It’s been a while! No mice inside or out, and no evidence of mice inside. All great news as far as I’m concerned. I live by an open space, so mice are always a threat, but they have been going at the bait stations. Better the bait stations than the house itself! I’m pretty confident that between Pest Arrest and xeriscaping/hardscaping around the perimeter to ensure zero cover for rodents, I shouldn’t have future rodent issues. I just wish they could also take care of the rabbits gnawing on my fruit trees. :( Update 6/2/2026 Still rodent free! Pest Arrest!

These guys are true professionals. I work for an HOA and we have used them several times. They are well priced and do very good work. I had mice In The garage and house. I called pet arrest. Tommy came , he was very friendly, took time to explain everything and started the mitigation right then. 24 hours later, they were gone. No mice anymore. Tony came back a couple weeks later to assess. I am beyond pleased and happy with their service. I highly recommend.
