The whole team has been incredible. We had a pretty serious infestation. They got 98% of them with the heat treatment. The follow-ups have eliminated the rest. Plus for a low quarterly fee, we have peace of mind that if they do come back, the techs will spray and or do a second heat treatment at no extra cost.…

Francisco (Frank) arrived to complete our follow up treatment and install our new mattress and box spring coverings. My wife and I can't thank him enough for installing our bed coverings. I'm physically disabled, so this act of kindness meant a bunch. Frank was friendly and helpful and took the time to address our concerns.. Thank you very much, Frank.

Mike came in and got straight to work. Friendly, no problems this time, sprayed everywhere that I could tell and seemed to focus on where the infestation had primarily been previously.

Getting rid of the nightly visitors was the best feeling of relief ever! And we are so satisfied with our quarterly spray, that we have continued using IBBA for three years now!
