When i first called about my wasp problem they scheduled me out 3 days from my call. I had to end up calling the next day and asking them to come sooner due to an increase of wasps. They ended up coming that day. They weren't able to finish treatment due to rain. Understandable. They rescheduled me for that Friday which was my original appointment day. They ended up calling and saying they needed to reschedule due to rain again. Ok so then I was scheduled for Wednesday, today. They called yesterday to once again say they needed to reschedule. This was very frustrating with them rescheduling my service over and over and today there wasnt even any rain. I ended up calling Orkin. They came out already today and took care of the issue along with a quarterly preventive service for half the price of what I was told from this company. This was terrible customer service! Especially when I would call to confirm appointment time and day and they confirmed and then I would get another call couple mins later saying they needed to reschedule. Not a very dependable company

Hey Lesley. We apologize for the negative experience with your stinging pest problem. It's a bit frustrating on our end to be held responsible for outdoor visits rescheduled due to rain, if we had gotten a dry day I'm sure we would have taken care of you positively. Regardless, the last rescheduled visit on Wed Oct 21 is on us, we had a last minute conflict that was our fault, not yours or the weather. I hope you will give us another chance if you have a pest problem in the future, we are happy to discount that future service as compensation. Take care.
