I have the service every other month to prevent having the problems I checked. If I do in between, I can call and they come out and fix it.
Prior to purchasing our home our landlord used them and they were always very nice and helpful. Once we purchased our current home we decided to continue service with them as they have always left us satisfied with service and customer service.
