They have been great from our consult to the day of our first summer treatment. They answered all of my questions, they were patient as the cats ran into my daughter’s and my room (they are freaked out by strangers), they made sure to double check the kitchen area so the cats could eat without any ants!
The whole experience with Insight has been great so far. The route manager, Kalik, was polite, not pushy and explained what they do that differentiates them from other companies and not bad mouthing the others either.
