Kaleb was the technician that came out to do my quarterly inspection and once again exceeded all expectations. Personable and knowledgeable- I wouldrecommend him for anyone looking for service.

Trevor was very kind and easy to work with. He listened to our problems and concerns while guaranteeing we will be taken care of in two weeks. If the issue persisted, he promised to come back. We appreciate the time he took to meet our expectations and was respectful of our home and yard!

Our technician, Michael, is professional and timely. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to work with and helped provide great solutions for pest control!

They have been great from our consult to the day of our first summer treatment. They answered all of my questions, they were patient as the cats ran into my daughter’s and my room (they are freaked out by strangers), they made sure to double check the kitchen area so the cats could eat without any ants!

Michael was my technician and he was very polite and professional.

The whole experience with Insight has been great so far. The route manager, Kalik, was polite, not pushy and explained what they do that differentiates them from other companies and not bad mouthing the others either. Technician, Adam, was on time, professional, explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic job treating the entire house.
