I assume he did a good job. We were just pulling in the driveway when he was finishing up.

I watched him on my camera I have back there. Looks like he sprayed them good. How long should I wait until I start pulling my tools and stuff out of that box. Get that out and burn the box.

Our Technician Sterling did a wonderful job treating the exterior and interior of our home. We were very pleased with the service we received.

A young man named Seth was my technician for today as a new client he explained to me all applications that was to take place also shared information about the company, he was very polite , respectable and professional. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

Trevor was professional and helpful. Was completely ok with me asking him to do a couple extra areas to get rid of some wasps next year.

The technician, Jermaine, was very helpful. He answered all my questions. When I told him about the problems I was having with wasps, he took care or it. He also replaced mouse traps in the garage. And he took care of the usual insects.

Beware of Pest Control Consultants. I used them for 6 months and every time the service guy finished in 10-15 minutes. I complained and they had to let a guy go due to this. They got us in super fast, did a thorough over the phone consultation and a full walk through of the yard and around the outside of the house before beginning to spray the perimeter. Thank you guys!

Trevor was very kind and easy to work with. He listened to our problems and concerns while guaranteeing we will be taken care of in two weeks. If the issue persisted, he promised to come back. We appreciate the time he took to meet our expectations and was respectful of our home and yard!

Our technician, Michael, is professional and timely. He is knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to work with and helped provide great solutions for pest control!

They have been great from our consult to the day of our first summer treatment. They answered all of my questions, they were patient as the cats ran into my daughter’s and my room (they are freaked out by strangers), they made sure to double check the kitchen area so the cats could eat without any ants!

The two guys were very polite and professional and had great knowledge when asked questions. Very quick but very detailed.

My treatment technician, Nicholas, was extremely professional and kind. Easily worked with me to work around my dogs and my cluttered mid spring cleaning home.

Do a great job giving notice when treatment will occur. When I’m not home they take care of all outside areas but in Spring I made sure to be here for some inside treatment. Nicholas and Mike took care of all areas, and more, that I mentioned having ants in past. Friendly and responsive service!

The technician was very thorough, friendly, explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact Insight with any questions or concerns between treatments. I’ve had a great experience with them!
