Kaleb Granger is our new technician for our school district. He is friendly and professional. He ask questions and enthusiastic to serve. We ask for specific protocols to help with transparency and they have hit every mark. He contacts each school location to check their pest control log to identify monthly issues.…

Andrei is always friendly, courteous and willing to assist with any problem we might be having. Good service.
I knew Kaleb already was going to do a phenomenal job, as he’s done some other work for us before, and we’ve always been impressed. He went through the house and was extraordinarily thorough in spraying everywhere he could to ensure we didn’t have any bug issues. We have a major mosquito problem (likely as most…

The representative Trevor was very kind and was very efficient in his work. He seemed to enjoy his job and was very mannered!! I have noticed no mosquitoes this summer either!! Love this service!
Since working with your company we have not had an issue with any pests. Every single person ive dealt with there has been fantatsic! From the secretary to the guys in the field. I have had Andrei come out the last couple times & couldn't think of a single complaint! He communicates wonderfully, always on time, and…
Trevor came out when he was scheduled and did a thorough job.
Trevor was our tech and he was super informative, thoroughly and professional! I appreciated how much he explained to make sure we are informed of our home's strategy, and the steps hw took to reassure that our pets would be safe.
Trevor was great and check the whole house very through and was able to set a few traps up
Sterling was kind quick and efficient! He explained everything and made me feel much better about my situation!
Jermaine did a wonderful job! He was professional and polite. Thank you for servicing my home.
Jermaine was fine. However when you know the job will require climbing a ladder you might want to send a technician that doesn’t have a fear of heights. When I talked to Kevin he mentioned the bait they use will drive the rodents out of the house. This is not the bait Jermaine used. He did however retrieve our flashlight.
Trevor did a great job of explaining the process and what we should see.
Colton called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Very nice to know when to expect the technician so I am prepared. He introduced himself, was polite, courteous. He asked how things had gone since the last treatment. He explained everything he did on his visit yesterday and was back to address the mice issue. He…
He was very good. He explained where he was going to spray.
Excellent Service!
Matthew and Dre performed the work. They were very thorough, and explained there multi-step procedures in detail. They were very kind, thoughtful, and considerate. I would highly recommend Pest Control Consultants!
I'm definitely feeling duped by this company!! The sales rep (clearly well-trained) sold it as - instead of paying $49 PER QUARTER when they show up to spray, for "customer convenience" they would break those quarterly $49 payments up over 12 months. But in reality, it's actually $49 PER MONTH with the spray service…
They have been great from our consult to the day of our first summer treatment. They answered all of my questions, they were patient as the cats ran into my daughter’s and my room (they are freaked out by strangers), they made sure to double check the kitchen area so the cats could eat without any ants!
Nicholas was on time very professional and courteous. Did a very thorough job and explained things every step of the way. Would welcome him back for all future needs for this service. 10s all around
My treatment technician, Nicholas, was extremely professional and kind. Easily worked with me to work around my dogs and my cluttered mid spring cleaning home.
The technician was very thorough, friendly, explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact Insight with any questions or concerns between treatments. I’ve had a great experience with them!
The rep was professional and kind. He took time to try to troubleshoot a bat entry question. He was quick, efficient, and full of information. He even complimented my house. All in all, I am happy with my first visit.
My service technician was fantastic. He explained the service very well and was very conscious of not making any messes in my house. He was very thorough with his inspection and treatment. The poor guy was dying in the summer heat with that uniform though. I understand your concern and agree that a uniform looks…
Technician was very curtious, explained areas he needed to access, what he was going to do and what to expect.
Blake was on time and very kind and professional. He did his job quickly !
