I called pest end because for years I’ve had an ongoing ant issue. The black ones that don’t go away. Pest end is the third company in 3 years I’ve called. John Desisto was very professional and told me all my options. As I was skeptical because of past experiences and the amount of activity, I opted for just one…
Eddie was great very informative!!
Service person was friendly and professional
We are very happy with the services we have received from Pest End. They have been very responsive and quick to come whenever we have called for service. Tyler is fantastic. He is thorough and asks questions as well as answers questions we have. He never makes us feel like he’s in a rush. He represents Pest End as…
This is our third year with an annual contract. Until this year, Pest-End has been responsive to their contractual obligations. Recently, their responsiveness has been poor. This year, no one answers the phone during business hours when we call. Last week we called the 800 number and asked for a home visit. We…
Jeff was very responsive and great in getting my job on the schedule. The gentleman who did the work, set the traps, and gel the house and more was on time and thorough. He insure me that all is safe for the dog.
Harry was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend.
Harry was very though explaining how bugs get into your home. Would highly recommend Harry and Pest end
Harry and Sean from Pest End are amazing! Highly recommend this company for anyone in the area. We had a very poor experience with a larger pest company, and switching to the local family-owned Pest End was the best decision we made. Competitive prices, for quality work. We moved into a new home that had been vacant…
Absolutely love Pest End! I have been using them for 2 years to take care of my mosquito and tick spraying and we have yet to find a tick on any of my pets or children (we live in a wooded area)! I recently decided to give them a call about an ant situation and they recommended their home protection plan which was…
We have been using this service for years and we will never change mainly because if we call with a specific problem they are very responsive and will send someone out to take care of it right away. Their service staff is top notch, very respectful of our property, polite and knowledgeable….what more could you ask…
The service tech was professional and explained what he was doing. We had some ants that were showing up in a couple rooms. He put down a gel and now they're gone. They disappeared within a week. Extremely pleased.
Eddie is OUTSTANDING!!
We are newer clients of Pest-End Inc. (methuan location) and have been happy with their services thus far. They have been very responsive, are reasonable and took care care of our mice issue quickly. We also signed up for their maintenance program and had our first spring treatment. Eddie was very friendly and…

Eddie performed a scheduled inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. We are very satisfied customers.
Very happy with out service! Everyone we came in contact with was very kind, and the service was exceptional! Definitely recommend
I have an annual contract with Pest-End and they come every spring and fall like clockwork. A technician came out yesterday to do the spring preventative work and they noticed that there were carpenter ants on and around by back stairs and porch. The technician thoroughly sprayed the area and told me if I saw any…
We heard mice in our kitchen last night, so I called pestend first thing this morning and they had someone out here within a few hours! Eddie was extremely helpful and went around every inch of our house to see where they could be coming in. He put out traps and bait and said they will be out again in a couple weeks to follow up!
Eddie was amazing! Punctual, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable . Highly recommend!
I've been a customer of theirs with two of their preventive service plans since 2018, and any time I've called or emailed about anything they have always been friendly and informative, and very helpful overall. The same can be said about the techs who have come to the house to monitor the termite and rodent bait…
Mike and Brandon were great! They were beyond accommodating to my schedule (same day service) and took care of the issue! No more ants 🙌🏼
