Awesome company great job and all of the team are great! We have used this company for five years. Rick did a very complete spray. He always explains what he is doing and asks if there are any questions. Very professional.
Thanks to Anthony for visiting and providing lots of information. We will be adding the guest house to our contract as soon as we can work through the new slab treatment.
They did and inspection of the outside of my home and sent 2 quotes but now they won't respond to emails or calls...odd..

Abraham went above and beyond today by helping me with an insect issue inside. Great service!
Total joy to work with! And so patient as I shuffle my wild dogs around as they go over yd and home
Devin was very professional, persistent and kind. We greatly appreciate his help getting the mice out of our crawl space and sealing all the areas where they could get into the house.
We discovered a termite problem in the midst of a refi and Pest Friends jumped on getting it treated and quickly reinspected so it didn’t delay our refi. Special thanks to Anthony for the quick reinspection and Dwayne for working into the evening to get the required treatment done!
A very personable young man, Chase inspected our home. He was very thorough and informative. I am someone who asks many questions ( I am curious and love to learn ) Chase was so very patient with all my questions and answered each one , sharing his knowledge by explaining in detail about the fire ants that are…
Very friendly and good service.
Used Pest Friends before for some termites and just recently got on their maintenance plan and I’m determined to not have any ants and spiders this summer. They were fast and precise. I honestly think it took longer removing the spider webs around the outside of my hour and garage than it did spraying. Fantastic…
Pest Friends performed the most thorough inspection out of several companies I contacted for estimates, and their treatment plans were also extremely thorough. They weren’t the cheapest, but I feel confident that my home is being protected from the many creepy-crawlies we have in Arizona.
I have been using Pest Friends for over two years and have always found them to do an excellent job and responsive to any problem I have with pack rats, ants, and wasps. I had them do a home inspection for possible termites and when they didn’t find anything they did not try to sell me a service or charge a fee for…
Pest friends professionals are all lovely humans and good with dogs. Conscientious work above and beyond.

A.J. inspected my home. He was great! He was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I think their rates are good and they have lots of plans to choose from. Update: Its been about a year since they came and Rick came this time to the house. I love that I was able to get service the next day! Rick was so…
Just renewed our rodent protection with Pest Friends for another year. Every employee deserves a 5 star rating. This time, Anna and Mara stand out as great examples of customer service. So glad I found them. Add Bill to the 5 star list!
They give you a heads up when they’re on their way, show up on time, and are very thorough.

Excellent! Above and beyond so far… Switched companies after 29 years and feeling confident that we made the right choice!
Always give us plenty of notice when they will perform their service at our home. They arrive on time and give us solid feedback if there are any issues resulting from their inspections.
Always a pleasurable encounter with Pest Friends. CJ always a does a great job!
Jerry was great and did 10x more than was done with my previous pest control company. Very happy I made the switch.
On time service. Still waiting to see results of treatments.
All the technicians do a great job in all this hot weather. They come on time and are very efficient and respectful of the property. They are aware of the biggest threats currently and are on the look out for activity around my home. They come out and check on any of my concerns in between scheduled visits and have…

An always an awesome service
I couldn't recommend Pest Friends enough. Everyone that we've interacted with has been so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It is such a relief knowing that we'll be supported by such an amazing team in case any critters crash at our house in the future. If you are in need of a pest control service, look no further - Pest Friends is the one!
I are very impressed with the service provided by Pest friends. We moved to Tucson more than 20 years ago and initially went through a number of pest services, none were particularly impressive. We then found a small company which provided excellent service for years, but unfortunately the owner recently retired and…
We moved into a new rental only to find a major roach infestation. I called and spoke to Anna. She was super kind and helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. Anthony came out to inspect and help us look at the options. We made a plan and called Anna and she got AJ out less than an hour after the inspection.…
I Recommend this company to anyone having pest issues. Termites, roaches, ants or any pests.
We called Pest Friend after seeing so (many bugs) as well as great reviews. Solomon was out the following day. He was professional and knowledgeable. After inspection he was able to identify large gaps around plumbing where pests were getting in. He eased our minds that there’s not a major issue and should be…
Pest friends is reliable and all of their team members have been amazing from communication with the office when I see unwanted house guests to the techs that come out. Pest friends also services my company location and their attentiveness there is also superb.
Anthony was great. He offered great insight into my backyard situation.
AJ and Solomon were very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly.
Our positive experience started with the first call to the office. Anthony was able to do a home inspection that same day. Both he and CJ were very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and each gave us a crash course on ants! We appreciated the care they took with our home and our organic plants.…
Technician Solomon showed up right on time. He was very friendly and professional, he did thoroughly inspect the house, attic and roof. His assessment was much better and accurate than other much more expensive and famous pest control companies. I highly recommend Solomon and his company.
We highly recommend Pest Friends service. They are eco friendly which is the primary reason that we chose this company.
Very professional , nice , explained the services and price glad I called them I have a dog and was glad they use products that won’t harm her.
This has been my home for over 50 years and ive never had a better experience with a exterminator came in we had a good talk about what we needed and he explained want he was going to do and his plan of attack and then he went to town he let us know exactly what he did what to expect and when he would be back unless…
Maura is great!
Jerry is an outstanding technician! I believe his work is a reflection of the commitment Pest Friends stands for
Maura from Pest Friends was both knowledgeable and thorough regarding what needed to be done in terms of any infestation that was present in our home. She also recommended a very affordable monthly inspection and prevention program, which was easy to enroll in. Anna in the office also was very helpful in assisting our setting up the program.
I thought I had termites. I didn't. He said it was just mold and rot that'd built up in my fascia that looked like termites. Inspected the whole house for free and gave me an education. Professional and friendly and prompt and courteous. A+++
Many thanks for resolving the issues with my home! 👍👍
Very detailed in the process. Made for a good reassurance!
We called Pest Friends because we were suddenly overrun with ants, teeny tiny ones that you could barely see, all over the kitchen. I called and made an inspection appointment for the next day, which I thought was pretty quick, then got a text that they could fit us in at the end of the day, which was great. Shortly…
