Prompt, professional and courteous. I really appreciate having Pest Friends taking care of my pest control issues. Thanks Pest Friends!
We discovered a termite problem in the midst of a refi and Pest Friends jumped on getting it treated and quickly reinspected so it didn’t delay our refi. Special thanks to Anthony for the quick reinspection and Dwayne for working into the evening to get the required treatment done!
Very friendly and good service.
Pest Friends performed the most thorough inspection out of several companies I contacted for estimates, and their treatment plans were also extremely thorough. They weren’t the cheapest, but I feel confident that my home is being protected from the many creepy-crawlies we have in Arizona.
Exceptionally pleased with the results Pest Friends provides consistently!
Appreciate their thoroughness! Very personable technicians!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend Pest Friends highly enough! From the moment I reached out to them, their responsiveness was second to none. I have been using Pest Friends for over two years and have always found them to do an excellent job and responsive to any problem I have with pack rats, ants, and wasps. I had them do a home inspection for possible termites and when they didn’t find anything they did not try to sell me a service or charge a fee for…

Updated review. I’ve been with this company for a while now and they’ve been great about getting things sorted and doing as much or as little I like. I do enjoy nature here and want lizards, birds and such visiting my yard. Great communication and service. Recently I had an experience with German cockroaches. Yuck,…
I’ve personally met the owner of this company and over the last 2 years a few of the techs. These guys are awesome as far as work ethic goes, they always reach out the day before and the day of when en route. Their office also answers the phone in the first few rings no robots, who does that anymore?! I mainly have…

All the technicians do a great job in all this hot weather. They come on time and are very efficient and respectful of the property. They are aware of the biggest threats currently and are on the look out for activity around my home. They come out and check on any of my concerns in between scheduled visits and have…
CJ also cares about your needs and addresses any concerns. Communicates through text for eta. Thank you CJ!
An always an awesome service
I are very impressed with the service provided by Pest friends. We moved to Tucson more than 20 years ago and initially went through a number of pest services, none were particularly impressive. We then found a small company which provided excellent service for years, but unfortunately the owner recently retired and…
Pest friends is extremely effective - very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We recommend them to all our friends and family. One less thing to worry about!
We called Pest Friend after seeing so (many bugs) as well as great reviews. Solomon was out the following day. He was professional and knowledgeable. After inspection he was able to identify large gaps around plumbing where pests were getting in. He eased our minds that there’s not a major issue and should be…
Pest friends is reliable and all of their team members have been amazing from communication with the office when I see unwanted house guests to the techs that come out. Pest friends also services my company location and their attentiveness there is also superb.
Pest Friends came highly rated by friends and family from the area. It took about a week after their first visit, now about 3 months, and we have not had a single unwanted guest!
Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable! Although I wasn't an existing customer, they responded immediately to my request for help with a wasp situation. They had Anthony come out the next day to assess everything and the following day, their technician came to handle the problem. CJ was just super - hard…

I signed up with Pest Friends about a year ago due to a mosquito issue I was having at one of my homes. I later expanded their service to 3 homes. This is Mark Rupert. Anthony, a termite inspector, was at my home this afternoon. He was excellent. Thanks.
Noise in the attic, oh my!! We called Pest Friends (may be the only 5-star rated company) and have been delighted. The 3 individuals we've worked with, Anthony, Bill, and Maura, have each been exceptional. They are communicative, efficient but not in a hurry, no pressured sales pitch, good listeners, highly…
Very professional , nice , explained the services and price glad I called them I have a dog and was glad they use products that won’t harm her.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They respond quickly, charge fairly, and do what they promise. I love that they don’t spray a whole bunch of toxins inside the house and I haven’t seen a single spider since the treated the house. I’ll be continuing with them long term for sure.
As ALWAYS, Pest Friends has such SUPER exterminators! I want to welcome CJ, my new exterminator! CJ is such a good listener when I describe what pests problems I have AND he worked hard to thoroughly cover all my needs! He is very personable, polite AND punctual! Again, Anna does a super job in the office and I know…
Pest Friends has amazing customer service and I have now used them at 2 properties. Their pricing is fair and they are always timely and have communicated all steps along the way. Anthony was our technician and he was very professional and gave good input/advice without it feeling like he was “up-selling” just…
We have been using Pest Friends for several months now. Living in the desert, we get our fair share of pack rats that like to find their ways to our cars. Pest Friends found the nests, removed them, set traps, and has been coming back monthly to check the traps or look for more nests. If we notice a trap has got…
This has been my home for over 50 years and ive never had a better experience with a exterminator came in we had a good talk about what we needed and he explained want he was going to do and his plan of attack and then he went to town he let us know exactly what he did what to expect and when he would be back unless…

Maura from Pest Friends was both knowledgeable and thorough regarding what needed to be done in terms of any infestation that was present in our home. She also recommended a very affordable monthly inspection and prevention program, which was easy to enroll in. Anna in the office also was very helpful in assisting our setting up the program.

Chase and his partner were awesome when they came out. Super professional and very friendly. I love that they actually sat on the ground at my front door just to make my two dogs comfortable with them before entering and even brought treats. Leaving a second review for the Pest Friends team! We have a new team member performing our services, Jerry. He is super friendly and polite, and always gives a good heads up before arriving. He's been very diligent about wiping down the spider webs and treating for insects. We do miss our pal Thai but are happy to…
Chase called as promised when headed to my home. He arrived on time and introduced himself. We discussed the issues and showed him the property. He inspected the pack rat evidence, gave me a very reasonable proposal to remedy the issues and scheduled the removal. Very professional, didn't waste time but didn't rush either.
We called Pest Friends because we were suddenly overrun with ants, teeny tiny ones that you could barely see, all over the kitchen. I called and made an inspection appointment for the next day, which I thought was pretty quick, then got a text that they could fit us in at the end of the day, which was great. Shortly…
Salomon called me to notify me that he’s on his way. Very professional and able to show me right away the problem on how the mice is getting into our attic. He suggested a way to keep the rodents out and now we’re scheduled to fix our mice problem.
I had Jerry from Pest Friends come and inspect my home. I told him that we had spotted some scorpions recently and he told me that he could take care of that. Jerry was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and proficient. He provided us amazing service and answer all our questions. He even went above what we…
Due to a recent ant invasion, we were in need of professional help to get our peace of mind back. We have also had a few more spiders than usual and an occasional scorpion, of which any are too many. We were introduced to Pest Friends and were very impressed with their professionalism. Both, Tai, who did the…
Very responsive and thorough! Very pleased with the service and knowledge!
Excellent service from Chase. Thorough inspection and great plan of action.
Pest Friends (and especially Tai) is amazing! Anytime I have an issue, they respond within 24 hours and Tai goes over and above to make sure everything is taken care of. He knows I am terrified of my dogs getting ahold of scorpions, so he scouted the yard for scorpions and took care of them for me! Can’t say enough…

I am extremely impressed with Pest Friends, from my initial inquiry on their website last week to their first visit today. John, the owner, got right back to me last week and we have had excellent communication via text. The two gentlemen who came out this morning (Salomon and Ty) were both very knowledgeable and…
Abner was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the inspection and was able to immediately complete services. Pest Friends offers an excellent bimonthly service plan so we set that up as well. Paperless billing is another plus!
