Octavio was friendly and helped me understand how the process will be... I would definitely recommend Pest Innovations and Octavio to come service my home again
Michael arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He explained the process and how de-webbing helps with spiders. I was referred by a friend so this was my first time with this company. I am happy with the service and with the 30 day warranty.
On time, good job.
Joe always does an exceptional job when he comes by our home. He’s incredibly informative of what he will be doing and for what reasons depending of the seasons. He’s polite and very professional. Leading back to our first visit from Joe, which was some years ago, I thought he just might be overdoing this visit to…
Brandon has great communication, friendly, thorough and understood what to do! Thank You so much!
So far I have had a great experience with Pest Innovations, all the techs are very knowledgeable and helpful, very thorough and careful where they spray.
Octavo did a excellent job
Kevin was great, on time, knowledgeable and gave helpful tips on what I could do around my house to make sure pests steer clear from my home!

However, we did spot some dead ones as well, which I assume was a result of the spraying. I was told there would be web clearing along with the…

He is always very thorough and cleans up as he goes. Can’t recommend this company enough.
Octavio was an absolute pleasure to service my house! Rose was a pleasure to speak to initially. This company is wonderful so far and I am just getting started. Octavio knew his stuff!! Give them a call!
I am a happy satisfied customer. Joe is wonderful and always on time. I appreciate his effort informing me of his ETA prior to arrival. Spiders have been scarce since starting with Pest Innovations.
I have been using Pest Innovations for monthly pest control. Joe has been my technician for a couple of years and he's courteous, thorough, and has excellent customer service skills. Every three months, he'll spray internally around the kitchen and bathroom plumbing to deter potential pest activity around these…
