we were told when we signed up for service that there was no sign up or cancellation fee. I did sign an agreement and made the mistake of trusting the person I spoke to, I missed that there was a small box with pastel writing that said 199 cancellation fee would be incurred if I stopped service before the complete…

Always does a great job! Thank you!

I feel so deflated and disappointed. As a stay-at-home mom, I have discovered some pests in my home; primarily Indian Meal Moths, Drain Fly Larvae, and possible Carpet Beetles. I've been trying to get rid of these for months with consistent and excruciating effort. I finally reached out to Saela and felt like the…

They took such good care of…

Trace was absolutely awesome and a life saver. I'm new to Utah and bought a house near downtown, however I have a tremendous fear of bugs, and saw a few over the past few weeks which prompted me to call in. Trace was so caring, and patient with me, explaining everything very granularly so I'd understand. He was also…

Pest Pro is easy to work with and excellent customer service. I needed a last minute service for a rental and they came the same day. The technicians are thorough and efficient.

I had a great experience with Connor Aste providing service to my home. After explaining the situation about ants around my cherry tree he made recommendations to protect my yard from ants. He was on time and did a great job. Friendly and respectful service tech. If you're looking to get your home serviced he's your…
