Edgar Cruz has been to our house several times as we are quarterly customers. Edgar is great. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and the respect he shows for our home. Glad to be loyal Pest Pro customer. We welcome Edgar to our home anytime. Pest Pro is the best service we have ever used to control all pests.
we were told when we signed up for service that there was no sign up or cancellation fee. I did sign an agreement and made the mistake of trusting the person I spoke to, I missed that there was a small box with pastel writing that said 199 cancellation fee would be incurred if I stopped service before the complete…
We started with Pest Pro nearly a two years ago to address wasp and spider issues, and have them come quarterly. They have been excellent. Ryan Rennard was our tech this month and did a great job. Happy to have Pest Pro as part of our home care team.
Ryan was very kind and professional he gave me a notice about his arrival so was great for me making sure I was home , when he arrived he protected his shoes entering the house . He was well organized and treat all the areas with bugs issues . Great guy 👍🏻
Bryce Bollinger did a great job treating our wasp problem. He identified a few potential nests and treated them with wasp dust, whereas the prior 2 technicians only sprayed which did not properly treat the problem. Hopefully this latest treatment finally solves our problem.
Spencer came out and sprayed our house for spiders and wasps! He was extremely pleasant and professional! He listened to my concerns and was thorough!
Bryce Bollinger did a great job taking care of our wasp problem. He took the time to look everywhere around the house and even in our doggy door. He even showed us the scary nests… thank you Bryce!
Conner Aste did a great job. He is very thorough. I highly recommend Pest Pro Pest Control.
Ryan Rennard was awesome. He was very kind, professional and fast. He made sure we knew the product was safe for our pet and we appreciated his thoroughness. We had a black widow hanging out in one of our doorframes that we couldn't safely coax out to set free. Within minutes of him spraying, I found her dead…
What a relief it was to have PestPRO come to our home. Bryce B did an exceptional job and we appreciate him taking the time to remove ALL the hornets nests around the exterior. Not only did he take care of everything we asked, he took the time to educate us about the type of spray he was using and how it was safe…
Richard Windsor was amazing. He spent time with me showing me the areas we could try and prevent ants and box elder bugs from nesting outside the house. Really, really appreciate the work he did and his advice and feedback! Excellent service, I really appreciate it!
Highly recommend! Bryce B came by today and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They always answer all my questions and put my mind ease.
Edgar was knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in his service. I appreciated his care for my property and for him listening to my concerns and treating specific areas of my home with products that would remedy pest issues.
Edgar Cruz did a great job. He was professional and efficient.
Richard the technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the pest problems I was having. He was very good at communicating and offering advice. I am glad I signed on with Pest Pro. They are very responsive and treat their customers well.
Trace was absolutely awesome and a life saver. I'm new to Utah and bought a house near downtown, however I have a tremendous fear of bugs, and saw a few over the past few weeks which prompted me to call in. Trace was so caring, and patient with me, explaining everything very granularly so I'd understand. He was also…
I had a great experience with Connor Aste providing service to my home. After explaining the situation about ants around my cherry tree he made recommendations to protect my yard from ants. He was on time and did a great job. Friendly and respectful service tech. If you're looking to get your home serviced he's your guy.
Ryan came to our door and was very friendly! We told him the problem areas and he took the time to listen to us. This is our first product application. He was kind considerate and told us about the products he was using. We signed an agreement and we're excited to see how this goes. Thank you Ryan
Connor from Pest Pro is awesome! Great guy working for a great company in Pest Pro. Highly recommend!
Richard came today for our first Pest Pro treatment. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain what was involved in the treatment and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made us feel like we made a good decision to go with this company.
Ryan our technician was fantastic, he explained the process very thoroughly letting us know what to expect, me and my family are at ease knowing our pests are under control!
I have always been so happy with my Pest Pro service! Edgar Cruz was very friendly and thorough during my service! Thank you!!
First time having Pest Pro. Bryce was so great! Kind, professional, (wore booties in my house!), and was willing to explain things to me. 10/10 would have Bryce and Pest Pro come out again when needed.
This is our 5th year with Pest Pro, and I just want to say that they are by far the very best pest control service we’ve ever used. Their technicians are so incredibly knowledgeable and well trained at their jobs. My husband and I want to especially thank our tech, Bryce, who recently serviced our home with…
Edgar was so great, very thorough, and addressed all the concerns I mentioned. We had a little mis-hap last week where Edgar showed up at the wrong house but he quickly helped take care of it and the company refunded me until my service could actually be completed. I think Pest Pro is by far the best - we hardly…
Love the communication across the company here! Been a pleasure having them service our house every quarter. Reliable company that I know I can count on. The technician working with me, Ryan, has been great as well. Friendly, courteous, and is always pleasant to talk to.
Edgar is a great technician. He always is professional and is always able to answer all of our questions.
Did such a good job Ryan was very friendly and informative!! He did such a good job making sure he got every little spot and cranny!
Connor was so friendly and did a very thorough job. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Pest Pro.
Pestpro is by far the best pest control service I’ve ever used. They’re highly affordable and provide a quality of service that I wish I saw more often from other misc companies. Connor has stepped up above and beyond multiple times visiting my home. Best example was when he got a flat tire during rush hour traffic…
Edgar with Pest Pro did a great and very thorough job inspecting for termites. No termites found. However, he did find a few bees 🐝 nests and knocked them out! He also taught me a few things about them which I found interesting. So thank you for all you did! I appreciate it!
Pest Pro has provided consistent service for me for over six years. Most of the companies I researched require a hefty subscription, which I'm not interested in. Best of all, their technicians are respectful, knowledgeable, and we feel safe with them in our home. Thank you Trace for your patience in addressing all…
I had a fantastic experience. Edgar arrived ready to work, tackled a mouse-infested closet with no hesitation, and cleaned it thoroughly. He was kind, courteous, and clearly explained what he was doing the whole time. I recommend this company over any other — and if you’re lucky enough to get Edgar, you’ll be in great hands.
Dude! Book Bryce Bollinger! Request this guy! He educates you about the pests, spends time taking care of the problem, and is thorough on his visit. Communication was excellent.
Trace was exceptional communicative and was very accommodating of our dog (he’s a little skittish). Tremendously appreciative of the work he accomplished (and quickly) excited to see the results.
Update 8/2025 Edgar came out to respray and take care of some persistent wasps, the nests and the perimeter of the property. He was super efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. PestPro is the only pest control company we use every year, we have never had any problems with them and we definitely recommend…
Trace did an amazing job! He was super sweet, very helpful and really cute.
Connor and I are now on a first name basis and he is the best! Great service every time and have now been a customer for years. I really really hate bugs but especially wasps, and having a spray every couple months has made such a difference.
Bryce was very professional!
We are so happy with our decision to use Pest Pro. We’ve worked with two different technicians, Edgar and Bryce. Both are so knowledgeable and friendly and solve the pest issues we’ve had. Don’t hesitate and hire this company!
I have used PestPro for about the last two years, mostly for simple stuff like wasps and spiders. They are always good to work with. Recently I had a mouse problem, which might be my worst nightmare. Bryce came out and helped me identify areas the mouse had been, set out poison, and seal the place where the mouse…
Daniel was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. It’s nice to have a “pest guy” that I trust.
Edgar came today to perform maintenance on the inside and outside of our house for rodents and ants. Edgar was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and took his time to listen to me, make sure we took care of all of my concerns and address the problems. We’ve been using Pest Pro for years and they always do a…
The pest control team did an excellent job removing the wasp nest. Trace, who came to help, was especially professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend their service! Here is my review 2 years ago. They are definitely keep the good work going! Bryce Bollinger from Pest Pro just did a great treatment on…
We’ve been using Pest Pro for quarterly treatments for years and have referred several friends to them. They are one of the best priced pest companies and guarantee their services. Before using them we had: ant problems in our kitchen, spiders in our basement and wasps in our yard. Now those buggers stay away!!…
Another great visit from PestPro -- Bryce did an excellent job.
Connor was the best!!!! So glad I chose them for pest control. Now he is getting it set up so they just come and I don't have to worry about it!
Daniel Doppelt provided great service.
Very happy with our experience with Pest Pro, and especially with our technician Edgar. He called when he was on his way, did a very thorough job at spraying for spiders, and when he saw wasps on our property he gave a great wasp treatment as well! He was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable
It was a pleasure working with them to spray the interior and exterior of our home. Booking the service and the service itself was efficient and hospitable. Tech Tomas called me 15 minutes before arrival and explained the process when on-site. I was worried about the chemicals being harmful for our dog and newborn…
I'm honestly not 100% sure if it was the technique that was used to distribute the product on my property or the product. But they did not work AT ALL! I've found 3 black widows on my property since they've sprayed and black widow's are my biggest concern with 7 children playin in my yard how could I not be worried.…
Bryce was stellar -- professional, capable, friendly and handily addressed our pest-control needs. Highly recommended!!
I am very impressed! Everything was transparent and hassle-free. Bryce the technician was super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified our mystery bug - the elmwood. Despite me forgetting to mention to him that we had been having an issue with yellow jacks, he found, treated and removed…
Had back to back pest control services in prep for the upcoming colder months. Bryce arrived on time both visits and is so full of knowledge about his job. While moving into our house I noticed a big wasps nest forming so I called and booked an apt so easily! Everyone was super knowledgeable and informative of the process. Bryce was my technician and he did a great job and was super friendly! Signed up for quarterly sprays to keep the bugs away!
Daniel was well trained, informed and answered all of my questions. He offered me additional information of which I was unaware that was also very helpful!
Conner deserves a tip! This Beetle is my other problem.
Amazing customer service! Friendly and informative from the guy who set up my appointment to the service technician. There was no pressure to sign up for a long term commitment, which I really appreciated (previous company I used was more expensive, required a minimum of commitment of 5 treatments with automatic…
Excellent service. 5 stars.
Bryce was very knowledgeable, treated the areas where we are having issues with hornets and yellowjackets. He was unfazed when I had forgotten another area when he was getting ready to leave and quickly took care of the nests. I would use Pest Pro again. Thank you.
