Edgar Cruz has been to our house several times as we are quarterly customers. Edgar is great. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and the respect he shows for our home. Glad to be loyal Pest Pro customer. We welcome Edgar to our home anytime. Pest Pro is the best service we have ever used to control all pests.
we were told when we signed up for service that there was no sign up or cancellation fee. I did sign an agreement and made the mistake of trusting the person I spoke to, I missed that there was a small box with pastel writing that said 199 cancellation fee would be incurred if I stopped service before the complete…
Always does a great job! Thank you!
I feel so deflated and disappointed. As a stay-at-home mom, I have discovered some pests in my home; primarily Indian Meal Moths, Drain Fly Larvae, and possible Carpet Beetles. I've been trying to get rid of these for months with consistent and excruciating effort. I finally reached out to Saela and felt like the…
PestPro is amazing as a whole! Had a very big problem with earwigs, inside and out of my parents home. From the very beginning of getting quotes and picking the best service for my parents, to the billing being easy, to the amazing technician Aidan Reid, I am over the moon with PestPro. They took such good care of…
Edgar Cruz did a great job and was sensitive to our concerns.

Conner Aste did a great job. He is very thorough. I highly recommend Pest Pro Pest Control.
Richard W was professional, and educational teaching about how to deter and prevent bugs from entering the home. Will be continuing to use Pest Pro’s services and request Richard for each visit.
Aidan Reid was awesome, was fast and respectful
Ryan Rennard was awesome. He was very kind, professional and fast. He made sure we knew the product was safe for our pet and we appreciated his thoroughness. We had a black widow hanging out in one of our doorframes that we couldn't safely coax out to set free. Within minutes of him spraying, I found her dead…
Connor from PestPro is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Always calls before arriving to make sure it's still a convenient time, very knowledgeable and efficient. I've used PestPro for years and all their technicians are great but Connor is especially helpful and professional.
Edgar was knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in his service. I appreciated his care for my property and for him listening to my concerns and treating specific areas of my home with products that would remedy pest issues.
Trace was absolutely awesome and a life saver. I'm new to Utah and bought a house near downtown, however I have a tremendous fear of bugs, and saw a few over the past few weeks which prompted me to call in. Trace was so caring, and patient with me, explaining everything very granularly so I'd understand. He was also…
Pest Pro is easy to work with and excellent customer service. I needed a last minute service for a rental and they came the same day. The technicians are thorough and efficient.
I had a great experience with Connor Aste providing service to my home. After explaining the situation about ants around my cherry tree he made recommendations to protect my yard from ants. He was on time and did a great job. Friendly and respectful service tech. If you're looking to get your home serviced he's your guy.
Richard came today for our first Pest Pro treatment. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain what was involved in the treatment and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made us feel like we made a good decision to go with this company.
Conner was amazing and was very accurate and very careful
Connor always does a great job of taking care of our building. He is very professional and treats us as family.
As usual they did a good job. I have been using Pest Pro for a couple of years now and they are always on time and do a complete job. it was Edgar who came out on the follow up visit to see if the mice were gone. He checked the bait and reported no more mice! He explained the safe way to clean up after them and…
Ryan, on his first service to my home was professional, thorough, and has great customer service skills. I have used pest pro for 4 years, and quality employees like Ryan keep that loyalty! A fantastic job completing exterior spray, addressing any concerns, and ensuring quality service. Impressive

Today I had Bryce come visit my property where he sprayed the inside and outside of my house as well as spreading product on my grass to prevent bugs that emerge from there. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns and addressed it. I appreciated his care to detail as well. I’ve been with Pest Pro for over 7…
We have worked with both Edgar (our usual guy!) and Connor (today's guy!) and we have had wonderful experiences with them both. Give them raises! They take the time to go over issues around our property with us and we appreciate that they explain things thoroughly. Connor went above and beyond today helping identify…

Our main culprits are Elm seed beetles and have required constant monitoring. Bryce was professional, polite and and efficient Thanks very much
I've been using PestPro every October here in Salt Lake City for our yearly horde of Box Elder bugs. This company is the real deal...they use environmentally sound pesticides that work exceptionally well and have a lasting effect. It's been 10 years now and I will continue to use their service. It's usually…
Conor was our tech for our most recent service. He contacted us prior to his arrival, enquired about any new issues and reviewed the application he was going to apply. Always good service from Pest Pro.
Original review: Very thorough with friendly guys doing the work. Connor (and one other - can't remember his name). We used to use another company but they became very unresponsive. This company is the opposite of that. Helpful over the phone and helpful in person. Very happy with the service. Update: A year later…
Update: This company has raised their pices every time I've contacted them over the past couple of years. Used to be very reasonable. The last few times though it's gone from $119 to $169 to most recently$189. This is a lot more than other companies. I like this company, but not enough to pay a lot more than others…
I have used this company for 3 years. As usual the team member, Thomas and teammate were friendly, professional and quick.
Bryce Bollinger was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and professional. He was able to spray for all the issues I was concerned about and set me up with the perfect plan to meet my needs. It’s great not to worry about pest control. Thank you, Sincerely, Brenda
Conner did a great job. Pest Pro is the best.

I am very impressed! Everything was transparent and hassle-free. Bryce the technician was super professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified our mystery bug - the elmwood. Despite me forgetting to mention to him that we had been having an issue with yellow jacks, he found, treated and removed…
We've been infested by Elm Seed Beetles. Bryce B. came out and did our first round of treatment, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and did a fantastic job! I look forward to working with him and Pest Pro to eradicate these awful bugs!
Conner deserves a tip! This Beetle is my other problem.
Bryce and his trainee, Thomas came to my house to spray for insects. They confirmed my requests that I made at the time of scheduling the appointment and followed at the conclusion of the service. I appreciated their suggestion for additional ant control. They were customer service oriented and very friendly. I…
I called Pest Pro Pest Control because a friend recommended them. He said they were a great service and I couldn't agree more. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. The tech, Tomas Rojas, was awesome and I really appreciated their thoroughness.
Bryce was awesome: punctual, professional, thorough…I got on the schedule super fast. So impressed that these guys didn’t try to oversell me like the exterminators I’ve used in the past.
Thomas from Pest Pro was great. He called me to let me know he was on his way, he was on time and quickly sprayed the property. He was friendly and took time to answer questions I had.
Bryce was very thorough and professional. This service is a really great value for all they do.
We've been with Pest Pro around 8 years, on a quarterly treatment plan. We've always been extremely satisfied with the results. They are courteous, kind and professional. Last year Bryce removed a hornet nest from a tree, and he recently did a general spray at our home. I think we've only needed a respray a couple…
Bryce came out to our home and was super thorough in making sure that he got any area insects might have been accessing. Service was great, and they were able to schedule me within 1 day for a fair price.
2nd year I have used them, they are great! Professional, on time, explain what they did.
I’ve used three different pest companies in Utah with my own home and my small apartment buildings. Terminex and eco shield both had less than subpar results. Pest pro came out, and a few years of frustration, completely resolved my issues. Bryce just left my house after a serivce. Professional, asked plenty of…
Bryce was superbly professional and excellent.
We've been customers of Pest Pro for about 6 months now and we have seen a drastic reduction in spiders and general insects in our place. Today we had Connor as a tech for the first time and he was awesome. He's very professional, accommodating, friendly, and has a great attitude. He was willing to take his shoes…

Bryce B. is an awesome technician that knows his stuff. Pest Pro is a great company with incredible technicians that will answer all of your questions. They're very knowledgeable and all of the techs we've dealt with so far have been extremely accomodating. They're always ready to put on their shoe covers because we…
Great service! The technician Bryce came to our home to do a general insect spray inside and out. He was very professional and very quick! He was careful to wear booties when in the home and very courteous about which rooms could be entered.
Jimmy did a wonderful job!! Very good technician!! 💛💛
This company is super responsive and honest. I really appreciated Connor's honesty and open conversation he had with me about my issue and the company. I hope the rest of my treatments resolve my issue now.
We have used this company for the last 5 years. I called them when we moved in because we noticed ALOT of spiders. They came out twice within a couple of months to "end the life cycle of the spiders". It completely took care of our problem. We've had them out quarterly ever since, and I can always tell when I'm late…
Very responsive. Asked questions before work began. Very professional. Our service tech was Bryce Bollinger. He did a fantastic job. First time we used Pest Pro, but definitely not the last.
Bryce was on time, efficient and very thorough. He took the time to explain the services and sprayed every nook & cranny for bugs! Awesome service and a great company.
My husband and I have used Pest Pro multiple times now (seasonal bug spraying) and have always been thoroughly satisfied. This company is very responsive and professional. The last technician, Bryce Bollinger, was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. We will be repeat customers!

Our tech Bryce B got here ahead of schedule, and called to let us know he was on his way. He quickly sprayed inside and outside for spiders. The next day we noticed a few dead spiders, and even a black widow. Great experience, will for sure recommend their services

Connor was an amazing, friendly, and dare I say handsome tech. I trust that my spider problems will be no more!
We’ve relied on Pest Pro over the past 10 years and 4 homes, all the way from the avenues to Riverton. Since Max started the business they’ve been responsive, punctual, and their services have always exceeded expectations. Customers for life.
Bryce Bollinger is the guy you should request. I'd not met him, but when he came in he immediately knew the bugs and they were actually not what we thought (springtails, not fleas), and explained why we'd had a hard time getting rid of them. He knew seriously everything about them (he studied it in school,…
EDIT 9/8/2022 - Customer for years and I'm dropping from 5 to 2 stars. I had Pest Pro out about 4 weeks ago for probably the 9th or 10th time in 6 years. Half of those times I've noticed bugs still in the yard or in the house after 3 or 4 weeks and have called them again and they've always come back out free of…
Bryce did a great job making us feel better. He was honest and offered up a game plan. I highly recommend pest pro.
Bryce is very professional, thorough, and friendly! I definitely recommend Pest Pro!
