Edgar Cruz has been to our house several times as we are quarterly customers. Edgar is great. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and the respect he shows for our home. Glad to be loyal Pest Pro customer. We welcome Edgar to our home anytime. Pest Pro is the best service we have ever used to control all pests.
we were told when we signed up for service that there was no sign up or cancellation fee. I did sign an agreement and made the mistake of trusting the person I spoke to, I missed that there was a small box with pastel writing that said 199 cancellation fee would be incurred if I stopped service before the complete…
I feel so deflated and disappointed. As a stay-at-home mom, I have discovered some pests in my home; primarily Indian Meal Moths, Drain Fly Larvae, and possible Carpet Beetles. I've been trying to get rid of these for months with consistent and excruciating effort. I finally reached out to Saela and felt like the…
We started with Pest Pro nearly a two years ago to address wasp and spider issues, and have them come quarterly. They have been excellent. Ryan Rennard was our tech this month and did a great job. Happy to have Pest Pro as part of our home care team.
PestPro is amazing as a whole! Had a very big problem with earwigs, inside and out of my parents home. From the very beginning of getting quotes and picking the best service for my parents, to the billing being easy, to the amazing technician Aidan Reid, I am over the moon with PestPro. They took such good care of…

I just hired Pest Pro for regular service. Bryce B was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what to look for and what to expect post service, and offered to come back out if I noticed anything that needed more attention. As this was the first service on my home in many months, it…
Aidan got the job done super fast and was informative about everything!
Ryan Rennard was awesome. He was very kind, professional and fast. He made sure we knew the product was safe for our pet and we appreciated his thoroughness. We had a black widow hanging out in one of our doorframes that we couldn't safely coax out to set free. Within minutes of him spraying, I found her dead…
What a relief it was to have PestPRO come to our home. Bryce B did an exceptional job and we appreciate him taking the time to remove ALL the hornets nests around the exterior. Not only did he take care of everything we asked, he took the time to educate us about the type of spray he was using and how it was safe…
Richard Windsor was amazing. He spent time with me showing me the areas we could try and prevent ants and box elder bugs from nesting outside the house. Really, really appreciate the work he did and his advice and feedback! Excellent service, I really appreciate it!
Aiden Reid was super friendly and professional. He made sure to get every corner of the house with his pest deterrent and was done within 15 minutes. Epic job.

I had a great experience with Connor Aste providing service to my home. After explaining the situation about ants around my cherry tree he made recommendations to protect my yard from ants. He was on time and did a great job. Friendly and respectful service tech. If you're looking to get your home serviced he's your guy.
Pest Pro offers great service and is very responsive. The technician that serviced our home, Richard Windsor, was professional, courteous, and thorough. I'd be happy to have him back again for future servicing. He took the time to clean up spider webs, spray ant hills, and knock down wasp nests in addition to spraying inside and outside the home.

Bryce Bollinger was extremely thorough went out of his way to point out a potential problem to me where mice could get into my house! So appreciative of him, pointing that out otherwise I would not have known and I would’ve most likely ended up with mice in my house!
Connor always does a great job of taking care of our building. He is very professional and treats us as family.
As usual they did a good job. I have been using Pest Pro for a couple of years now and they are always on time and do a complete job. it was Edgar who came out on the follow up visit to see if the mice were gone. He checked the bait and reported no more mice! He explained the safe way to clean up after them and…

Ryan, on his first service to my home was professional, thorough, and has great customer service skills. I have used pest pro for 4 years, and quality employees like Ryan keep that loyalty! A fantastic job completing exterior spray, addressing any concerns, and ensuring quality service. Impressive
Edgar performed an inspection and was courteous and respectful to my home and to me from start to finish. He showed me what he was looking for, responded to all of my questions, and did so in a manner that never felt like he was trying to sell something to me. I learned a lot and highly recommend this company.
Trace did a great job

We have worked with both Edgar (our usual guy!) and Connor (today's guy!) and we have had wonderful experiences with them both. Give them raises! These guys take their time and spray every nook and cranny!
I’ve used three different pest companies in Utah with my own home and my small apartment buildings. Terminex and eco shield both had less than subpar results. Pest pro came out, and a few years of frustration, completely resolved my issues. Bryce just left my house after a serivce. Professional, asked plenty of…
Jimmy Wayman was our technician and did an outstanding job of our pest control treatment. Pest Pro is always professional, communicative and on time. I recommend them for anyone looking for Pest Control. We have not had any with critters since they have been treating our residence.
Bryce was superbly professional and excellent.
We have used Pest Pro for about 10 years now. Bryce Bollinger is the latest technician who came to our house to spray for spiders and bugs, and check the rodent bait traps we have. We've been using Pest Pro for several years to help keep our home free of bugs. Bryce Bollinger did our latest service and did great! He called on his way, was very friendly and professional and got it all done quickly.
We have used this company for the last 5 years. I called them when we moved in because we noticed ALOT of spiders. They came out twice within a couple of months to "end the life cycle of the spiders". It completely took care of our problem. We've had them out quarterly ever since, and I can always tell when I'm late…

My husband and I have used Pest Pro multiple times now (seasonal bug spraying) and have always been thoroughly satisfied. This company is very responsive and professional. The last technician, Bryce Bollinger, was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. We will be repeat customers!
So thankful to find a Pest Removal Service that communicates, explains processes and documents with photos what they find. Just beginning the process but not as overwhelmed as I was before they came out. Daniel D was so pleasant and professional.
Connor did a great job. He let me know when he was on his way, and then showed up when we expected. He was professional and very affable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their home sprayed.
Matt was great as always! Having regular scheduled treatments makes life good for me and my family 🚫🪲🐜🦟
I was fortunate enough to have Bryce come out to assess my property with an emphasis on stinging insects. His service and attention to detail were second to none. Last summer, I learned I'm deathly allergic to yellowjackets and hornets via a random sting on my knee - which sent me into anaphylactic shock. Just last…
Bryce was the best! He was professional, and made sure to get everything we requested.
PestPro rocks! We're setup on reoccurring services and I haven't seen a bug inside my house in a year. Seriously. (ok, this week I DID see a big spider in my basement and they came out next day and did an additional inside spray no charge). Bryce was so nice, in and out, very professional.
Bryce was really cool guy — very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help us address a table some wasps were making a home out of. Highly recommend this place.

Not a squeak or scamper to be heard. No more creepy crawlies. This company communicates well and stay on top of things. Parker is an excellent tech and knows his business.
